      Short story: Fantastic, professional service! I cannot recommend Estes Forwarding Service enough. Longish Story: I ordered an item from Ikea whose third party delivery service is NAL. I received the WORST customer experience I have ever had. The experience led me to cancel my Ikea order and essentially never use ****'s delivery service if they continue to partner with unprofessional delivery service providers. Ikea and other companies, I assure you that consumers will not purchase your products no matter the brand loyalty you may have established if you partner with poor quality third party service providers.

      I ordered a treadmill and chose the white glove delivery, they delivered it on time and assembled it in no time, I would definitely recommend them.

      My estimated delivery date was delayed, but EFW was able to delivery it early! They showed up right on time in the delivery window, and gave me extra help getting the heavy package where I needed it placed.

      EFW was contracted to deliver a ** I purchased from Target. We were provided a deliver window of November *****, which worked well with our move-in date (the 16th). On November 5th we received an email directly from EFW saying they would contact us within 3 days to schedule delivery. On November 10th, we received an email at 8:30am stating they would deliver the ** that day between 6am and 4pm.I immediately called EFW to tell them they were planning to leave the ** on a porch that we don't own and do not have access to. They refused to reach out to the driver. They stated I had to go through Target. Target was great and reached out to EFW. But EFW said it wasn't in time and delivered the $1700 ** anyway. They then sent a form for me to fill out to "schedule a return." Of course, I cannot access the form because it says my order number is not valid. Target customer service is now working on the issue again.I would warn any reputable vendor not to contract with EFW as their delivery agency. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had, and there is now a very expensive piece of electronic sitting on a porch for anyone to take.

      The driver wasn't able to reach me immediately concerning a difficulty in the route, I returned the call when I saw the message. Even though he was far away, when they found out I'd blocked off my day to be there to receive the package, they made sure to go out of their way to get it to me. Thank you.

      EFW provided excellent delivery service, delivering our treadmill on time despite having delivery vehicle malfunctions. Their personnel kept us informed every step of the way and were courteous. I'd definitively use them again.
