      Care advantage *** in ********* va on numeral occasions have nelegected to get the care my mom ******* ****** needs. Today 3/17/25 I came home from work and she is still in the bed soaken wet she called the office ***** told her the aide called out again and she was trying to find someone. My mom called back couple times throughout the day and no answer. This is not the first time this has happened. It's happened alot with the company as team nurse and now with new management as care advantage. My mom is high risk for uti's and goes septic if she gets them. This is unacceptable. Very unprofessional on care advantages part. If the company can't cover the clients then they don't need to add anymore.

      In reference to Case #********, Care Advantage, Inc. would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to our client and her motherwhile we always endeavor to have our aides assisting the client promptly and consistently, sometimes despite our best-efforts care services are not delivered.

      From our records it appears that Care Advantages services have lapsed on one occasion since the clients mother returned home from the hospital on January 13th, 2025. The missed shift in question was on March 17th, 2025, from 9am-4pm. When our administrative team learned that our caregiver was unable to provide services that day, they called and notified the client immediately. We were able to supply care with a backup aid by 6pm that evening.

      The client uses ******** and has Care Advantage, Inc. listed as a secondary caregiver. We always advise clients have a primary caregiver available to provide support to the client in the event of staffing interruptions. We regret the clients experience and understand how this might cause concern; we will strive to improve our services and apply our full attention to ensuring consistent and compassionate care.

      After my mother-in-law was hospitalized, we signed up for home health for Care Advantage. They explained their fees and services in detail. My mother-in-law is French-speaking so I helped her set up the account. I told them multiple times that she was the owner of the account that I was just trying to help. They set up an ACH draft. They did not show up for their first appointment. On the second appointment they did not fulfill any of the services that they said that they would. My mother-in-law was hospitalized and quickly discontinued their service. I am now getting harassed through email text and phone calls about an outstanding charge. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages stating one that I am not the customer and two that my mother-in-law did not receive the proper services as described. I have been ignored. No one has called me back promises from staff that they would. I am still getting constant harassing text and emails and calls. I would like them to one stop harassing me and two they should clear my mother-in-law whatever charges they say she has because she did not get the services as described. Also, they had an ACH debit. I do not understand how theyre saying that she had a balance left

      On June 5, 2023 Care Advantage withdrew $520 from my mothers checking account. Services had not been rendered. My mother had only had an evaluation for which was paid and then ended up going to rehab. When I inquired, they indicated this was a mistake and would refund the money. To date the money has not been refunded. Initially, they indicated that it had been put back in to her company account for when she used services. They were informed that we were not electing service and wanted the money back. They then indicated a check would be issued. After 3 weeks I called again in July, they indicated that it could take 30 days for the check to be processed. On 09/05/2023 I called again indicating refund had not been received. They indicated it had been issued to the bank card on file. There is no card on file only a checking account. I called again on 09/11/2023 and they indicated they were still researching the matter. The money was taken illegally and it has been over 3 months with no resolution to the matter.
