      I would stay far away from this agency. The pay is not worth it and they send you crappy clients. They arent honest.

      This company was hired to provide aides to assist my elderly mother in taking care of my elderly father while he was recovering from a recent hospital stay. Most of the aides were good at their job. A few of the aides were rude and impatient and should find another line of work. A few of the aides refused to do the services they were contracted to provide. Our biggest issue with the company was consistently overcharging us for the hours the aides worked. Most of the aides arrived anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes late. This was an issue since my father required 24 hour care initially and the lack of coverage created major issues. When my father just needed care for ***** hours each day, Care Advantage overcharged us anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes most days. We reported the issue and Care Advantage said they would look into it and call us back, but never would. At one point, one of the aides showed us them clocking out and it was right on time, but when we got the bill, it was for 45 minutes over the clock out time. We asked Care Advantage to at least credit us a small portion of the overcharges but they ignored our requests. We ended up overpaying at least $1,500.00

      My wife is employed by this company. On her first day there she was given a case with an elderly veteran who has had loss of limb. This veterans home has no running water, none of the faculties in this home works, and he has infections in his wounds with no one to provide wound care. My wife reported this as she has legitimate concerns about the patients well being and her well being as well. In retaliation, they cut her work hours to only 48 hours a month. To be honest if she had not called that old veteran would still be sitting in his chair with rat f**** and soiled cloths everywhere. The company should have moved quickly so something like this would not happen. I am also a veteran and we are more than just a check. We served our country because we believe in the American dream. Non bias, fair treatment in the greatest country in the world. This company would rather slowly watch him fester and die and punish my wife for doing the right thing. Do not work for this company. The previous review is also correct as my wife keeps going to the facility to get her check.

      Do not work for this company. They promise you time and a half yet do not state which client will not be under this promise. On top of that, filling out the tax forms they still dont file them right with the *** and take taxes out for the wrong state. The paper checks that are to be made available on PAY day as stated in the handbook is a huge inconvenience, you have to call the office and complain that you cant get in touch with the person who has your check. Then after getting in touch with her she makes you meet her for your check and then acts like its an inconvenience for her. When emergencies happen especially on holidays and after hours, supervisors do not call you back yet read the documentation that is sent to them. They dont care about their employees or rectifying the over time you are entitled to referring you back to the handbook which is only convenient for them. Otherwise, like pay days and times to pick up the checks as stated dont apply to them. Its at their convenience. The also hold a PCA class on which your not entitled to the certificate until you work 300 hours or pay for the class yet it is free and employees dont get paid to take the class. Then, they find excuses and excuses to get rid of you, stating your a felon which is so far from the truth yet wont provide documentation as such. ******* allow, *****, to brag and lie about him teaching the Pca class, which is a lie and about dealing drugs while on company time. This was reported to his step mom the recruiter who did nothing yet terminated me in retaliation because I reported the behavior. Staff leaves their vapes around in plain view and clients get a hold of them and indigest them in which i photographed and put into the legal chart documentation. APS wasnt notified due to a client injury because I was terminated illegally before I could get in touch with someone about the incident report that I had reported for 24 hours and no supervisor would return my calls!!
