    This company took over for my former trash collector who retired. I had this account set up to pay automatically each month. They have not picked up my trash in almost two months. I have attempted calling and emailing numerous times. Once early in November they said it was a mechanical problem but now they no longer will respond. I stopped the automatic payment two weeks ago and the billing company shows I have a credit balance of $5.00 I really don't care about the money at this point, I just need my garbage removed. My can is full and I am 75, living alone, and need help. No one else should consider using this company.

    I had been using Boyds Disposal Services for several years for weekly trash pick up on Thursdays at $30 per month. While they frequently missed weeks due to various reasons, I have never short paid an invoice and was timely with payments. I phoned, emailed, and sent a ******** message to this company on August 4, 2024 advising that they had not picked up my trash for at least two weeks and I was desperate for service. I did not receive a response. Consequently I called, emailed and sent a ******** message again on August 9 stating that they were to discontinue services effective immediately. At that time, I had secured disposal services through another company. I keep receiving monthly invoices for $30. I just received an invoice for $120. The invoice stated that there were past due charges. It should be noted that this company has not provided any services since, at least, early July. Each time I received an invoice, I have emailed to remind them of the discontinued services using the chain of emails beginning on August 4 as described above. My email to them on October 9 stated that any subsequent invoices would result in me filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. As usual, I have not received any response from them via phone or email - - just invoices. I have not sent an email to them regarding this latest invoice. I appreciate any assistance that you can provide to resolve this issue.

    I was trying to get a quote from ****** Trash Service as they do not have their prices listed on their website. However instead of a quote, they signed me up for their service and began billing me. Before their first trash pick up, I immediately called and emailed them to report that I had not signed up for service, that I did not want their service, that they should not come to my house and that I won't pay for a trash service I did not sign up for. Here is the email I sent on March 29th, 2023 at 9:03 AM EST "Good morning, I filled out a service request form for ****** yesterday but I was just trying to get a quote. I do not need service at this time. I live at **********************************************************************. I just received an email from ****** saying that they would send an invoice so I just wanted to be proactive before you all started collecting. Thanks! *****"I never got a reply and now 2 months has gone by and I suddenly received a bill for $60 that I do not want to pay. Once again I called and tried to leave a voicemail on the number on the bill ***********), but the mailbox was full. So I went onto their website and called the number on there and left a voicemail on that number ***********). I also resent my email to ****************************************************** but have not heard back.

    I cancelled service eff 9/1/2022 due to very poor service.****** continues to send bills each month accruing what has not been paid since 9/1/22.I did email them to discontinue service on 9/1 and had emailed several times since asking them to stop billing me. They stopped service to me on 9/1/22.

    Hello, I have an email stating that I wanted to cancel service effective September 1, 2022. However, my bank autopay sent a payment of $25 to ****** Disposal on September 2nd. I had not had a chance to stop the autopay after I emailed them to stop service. I emailed Van 2 times (one on September 6, 2022 and one just yesterday, October 26, 2022) requesting my refund for the $25 mistaken payment. I also left a voicemail on September 21, 2022 asking him to refund the $25 mistaken payment. But I have not heard one response back. Can you please assist me with getting my $25 refunded?
