    Would give zero stars if possible. Very irregular service and even worse will not respond to calls or emails. Very unprofessional with no customer **********************.

    Recently I signed up for ****** and their curbside pick-up service and customer ********************** is non-existent. They were making pick-*** and would return your call. Now, they won't pick up my waste and they will not answer their phone. I have paid through August and cannot get any service or explanations. They have missed or been late picking up our trash on four separate occasions. I leave messages on their answering machines and sometimes someone will call back and sometimes I get no response. They are unreliable and non-customer focused. Do not use this company unless you want to be disappointed with your waste pick up service. I am looking for a refund of $20 for the Month of August since they are unreliable.

    ****** disposal is totally undependable.Missed trash pick up multiple times.Canceled service after my 12/28 pick up and have received bills for *** and now Feb.I have spoken to ************, sent texts and emails and have not received my refund for *** and their billing service continues to bill **** am angry and have had no response,Would warn anyone about hiring them for trash disposal.I agree with other reviews-zero stars.

    I have been using Boyds for the last three years. Over this time its been good and then can be really bad. There are times they dont come for weeks and I send emails and leave messages with no response. I have also had to contact them ** they werent sending me a bill. I would not recommend using them. They are just very undependable. Im also paying them for a service Im not receiving when they skip weeks.

    Zero stars. We spoke to the owner 6 months ago and asked to be set up for service as our current disposal provider no longer serves our area. We set out our trash the morning of pick up and it was never picked up. At first I thought it was an oversight so the next week we set our trash out again waiting for pick up and once again, it was not picked up. We assumed that they would not be providing service to us so we no longer set our trash out however, ever since then we received a monthly bill. I cannot get in touch with anyone via phone or email. They refuse to call me back. The statement they are sending is for every single month of moth not providing a service to us. Terrible way to do business and Im not surprised that their BBB accreditation has been revoked. Im considering getting an attorney.
