    This company that I've never heard of or have an account with took $36 dollars from me and appears like it will continue to do so until I can get into contact with a representative. I sent an email to which I received the response that I would be contacted within 24 hours which has not happened as of yet and it has been 4 days. I just want a refund or an email back from the company that my information has been removed.

    I’ve been charged $36 every two months by DoNotPay (listed as “BUSINESS TO BUSINESS ACH DONOTPAY DONOTPAY ST-S0T7X8J0C”) for approximately two years, totaling over $400. I never knowingly authorized this subscription and only recently became aware of the charges.

    Attempts to cancel or get support have been unclear and difficult. This appears to be a pattern: the *** recently filed a complaint against DoNotPay for deceptive practices and finalized an order in January 2025 requiring them to stop misleading consumers and notify subscribers from 2021–2023.

    I am requesting immediate cancellation and a full refund of all charges. This billing behavior is unacceptable and likely affects many others. I’m asking the BBB to help hold the company accountable and assist with resolution.

    I had money taken from my SAVINGS account from this company. I have never used or heard of it before. $36 was stolen from my account and Im not sure how they would have even gotten ahold of it. I just need my money back, and for this company to leave me and my information alone.

    They keep charging me when I canceled my services over a year ago I want my refund and to cancel this service asap please

    The customer had an active account that had never been canceled. In addition to canceling the subscription, we have gone ahead and issued a refund of the last payment that occurred on July 2, 2024. The refund may take up to 10 days to appear on the customers statement, but it typically occurs much sooner. 

    We also could not locate any prior emails from the customer in our support inbox. If they have more questions regarding this issue, they can always reach us directly at **********************************.

    DoNotPay had charged me a $36 dollar fee, and I had not signed up for the program at all. I had to look up what it was before I had to take action due to the fact I was unaware it existed. I'm not sure if I do have an account, but if I do, I'd like to have said account deleted and the unsolicited charge of $36 refunded. It was unbelievable!

    I cancelled my account over a year ago yet I'm still being billed. They now increased their billing from $36 dollars a year to $36 every TWO MONTHS without notice. Extremely shady business, I regret signing up.

    When i first downloaded the app in the morning by the afternoon the app changed and i could only see less than half of the features i seen in the morning the option to ask about another feature thats not listed is gone now so if the app doesnt change back to how it was i will delete it
