  This company is insane! I never have used this company or visited their website before today when I had to investigate what this mysterious $36 charge was on my card! What a scam and scummy company.

  Total fraud--i saw multiple charges on my credit card which is weird because the first thing they force you to do on their web site is put in a bank account or credit card #. When i disputed and then called the number listed by AmEx *************) it said that the wireless number is not found. So definitely a fraud.

  This "company" scammed me out of *****. I have absolutely no idea how they received my acct information as I have not signed up for anything. The amount of $36 came out of a savings acct that I have so it's extremely suspicious. Furthermore, reading on the internet, it looks like others are victims too. I sincerely hope this company and its people rot in h***

  This company tricked me into signing up for a paid service that I didn't find out about until I checked my Bank statement. They asked for my bank information because they said it would "Drastically" help me win my dispute. I entered my bank information for that reason alone. Now that I'm reading it back, it sounds like an easily avoided scam. Be careful with who you give your personal information to.

  How the h*** did this company get my debit card info or banking info. I want to *** them so badly right now. Never signed up for them and didnt even know they existed, but someone how they've been charging my bank account for 2 months without my knowledge and taking my money. These people are crooks to say the least and I hope they get charged/fined/put in a cell for blatantly stealing people's money who don't even want or know about their service. I have to now go to my bank and chargeback all this stuff and then change my paypal and banking information just to make sure people aren't stealing my information and selling it to criminals.

  I was fighting for my banned account to be reinstated with ******* for over 2 yrs. They would slam the door on me and shut me down with every email. I signed up for ***************************** sent a letter on my behalf. It Worked! They reinstated my account. I'm flabbergasted and besides myself with ************* It makes the fee for donotpay all worth it. Thank u for yr incredible service. It would not have been possible without them. I strongly recommend this company if u have a grievance to bear

  Total Scam. The products do not even work. I signed up only for the burner numbers and they do not work at all. Messages never get received. All their products are useless anyways and can be found elsewhere for free and that actually work. They will not refund you no matter what even though it is their fault and non-working products.

  When I signed up for the service I actually had no idea I was signing into a paid service its very vague and almost seems predatory how they have you sign up, yes there's a disclaimer, if you read into it but I assure you most people do not read that and the many reviews complaining how they never signed up can be attributed to this very shady and deceitful way of signing up for this paid subscription it SHOULD be clearer. The other negative, I have a neighbor that I wanted to start a noise complaint for so I selected their noise complaint option and started to type out the information, after I included everything I was told I had to review the information for accuracy when that happened there was a timer counting down it gave me 3 seconds to review my entire form, I couldn't even see cancel in 3 seconds. I then contacted support as I discovered this wasn't just a letter they were generating to help me out but rather sending my neighbor a DEMAND for payment even saying I will be suing them if they don't pay me and this letter is being mailed to them, I never gave them permission to mail this letter will my personal information and demanding payment from my neighbors so I'll be looking into calculating the damages this entails at a later date. If you read into it on the entire website only one thing mentions this letter WILL be mailed out it was very vague just like the sign up process. I contacted support and they responded the following day stating they cannot cancel it as it must be cancelled within the first 15 minutes, that is a lie as I only had 3 seconds I never had 15 minutes I did contact support within the first 15 but of course it takes them almost exactly 24 hours to respond. DoNotPay may be a legitimate service however it is surrounded by deceitful and predatory business practices, stay away from this service at all costs.
