This is one of the best companies that I have ever had the privilege of dealing with my sales person was John. He was awesome honest.
Our driver Ruben was phenomenal. He let me know every step of the way where he was he sent me maps of his location.Awesome service would never use anybody else.But them they did a fantastic job highly highly recommended.

Highly recommend Safemile, process was easy from beginning to end. Picked up my new vehicle from NY on a Friday afternoon and delivered it to me in FL on Sunday afternoon. Would definitely use their services again.

The operator kept in constant contact with me over the span of several days while the driver made his way through the route. No issues were experienced with pickup and delivery. The company was timely and efficient. The driver was very careful loading and unloading the vehicle. He did a great job. They delivered the vehicle on time and exactly as directed. I worked with Eric to ship my Harley-Davidson Street Glide and he was straightforward and easy to deal with. There were no surprises. We agreed on a price, which was in the middle of other high and low end quotes of other providers. The bike was picked upon the agreed upon day and arrived when promised. Undamaged and on time. I booked with Safesmile Auto Transport which after reading reviews of other I wanted to make sure I found a place that had BBB affiliation. Everybody says watch out for the upcharge. After booking they quoted $***.I had a a email stating I was confirmed and booked. The next day they said had a hard time finding someone that would deliver for $***. Then I was asked if I approved $*** upcharge, they could find someone. When I agreed they suddenly found someone within minutes. I called and to complain since the email said one price. When I called, they said I agreed to it, so I let it drop. It was supposed to be 3 days, but they delivered in 2 days. Dispatched called me saying they were at my house so I went home to meet him but asked if I could be with ***** instead of the agreed cash COD. When I got home and met the driver, he had my car park in my driveway and was waiting. I ended paying cash since I felt dispatch maybe was trying to maybe the driver different. The guy didn't speak English but did a great job. I felt this guy was just trying to make a living and them asking me to pay a different way, so he didn't have the cash felt kind of suspicious since they already changed the rate. I hope the driver gets his fair share as he did a great job. Even though it's not a terrible upcharge they did raise the price like everybody says.Safemile Auto Transport
