  Safemile Auto Transport comes through again! If I could give them ten?, I would. We had to ship another vehicle cross-country and I immediately reached out to Joseph, my contact at Safemile the first time I shipped with them. The moment he picked up the phone, he greeted me by name and also thanked me for my previous 5-star reviews. The same day I called to schedule the shipment, he had a carrier chosen and my vehicle was picked up the SAME DAY, less than 6 hours after my initial call! And just like last time, my vehicle was delivered in time without issue. I cannot say enough great things about Safemile. They're amazing and I will always recommend them and use them for any future vehicle shipments.

  I am really glad we chose SAFEMILE to transport our 2004 s-type JAQUAR from Hampton VA to memphis tn. Price was fair. No vehicle damage and everything was from beginning to end was easy and quick. Thanks Erik.

  Requested quote to have a vehicle transported with the state of California. After receiving many quotes from different carriers, I chose Safemile for a quoted price of $**** Went online completed the process and waited for contact for my pick up date. Received a call the day before pickup telling me the the price increased from $*** ** *****. I told them that was unacceptable. I reached back out the representative who assisted me with my quote and he has not returned my call or text.

  This is my 2nd time using Safemile Auto Transport. Both times was an AMAZING experience! I am totally convinced, that they aim to please the customer. I was awarded 100+% the same customer service as I received the 1st time. This time Felix helped me find a driver to pick up my vehicle. Again, just like the 1st time around. Felix level set the expectation in the transport business. He shared what he thought the best going rate would be to safely get my vehicle transported with a fair price and not have my vehicle set for days waiting for someone to pick it up. I totally respect their honestly and consistently being upfront. The same day I called to place my vehicle with Safemile, Felix was able to find a driver. Not only did Felix find me a driver the same day. He found me a driver late in the evening - which was totally surprising. Felix was, extremely easy to work with. His personality was infectious and honest. Both of the sales representatives I worked with at Safemile was consistently courteous. The final question is would I use them again. ABSOLUTLEY!!! For those of you who are shopping around for a transportation company - don't think twice about Safemile. They are without a doubt a reputable company. You will not be disappointed. They are certainly in business to please the CUSTOMER'S. If I transported vehicles for a living, they would most definitely be on my #1 preferred choice of vendors.
