My sons 1 ton truck broke down in Norfolk, Va on our way to a beach vacation. We called tow truck companies and they wanted over *** to tow back to Remington, Va. Safemile was able to do it considerably cheaper. We were able to have them pick up and deliver without us missing any of our vacation. The driver was beyond helpful and kept us informed and even took pics of everything when he was done and sent them to us. The entire process was pain free and easy. We needed to transport our car from Suffolk, VA to Tampa, FL to our daughter in college. This was our first time using a service like this and frankly we were nervous and not very trusting of the process but people do it everyday, right? So after weeks of research we landed on Safelite and ***** our rep was extremely helpful through the whole process! He provided thorough information and guidance. The company provided a great deal of info to ensure we were prepared and were able to deliver our vehicle to our daughter safely. The driver was courteous and very safe in loading our car. Even when the driver ran into issues with delivering another vehicle, he kept us informed and he managed to reconcile the issues to get our car to our daughter timely. We would recommend Safelite and have!Safemile Auto Transport

I had the pleasure of working with Felix from Safemile when relocating from Virginia to California for work. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer each of my questions and checked in with me throughout the process with updates. My car was delivered the day I arrived to CA and the team was very flexible with my needs. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this service for people who are relocating, especially across the country. Despite the many concerns I had regarding shipping my vehicle, Safemile has restored my trust in companies by delivering my Jeep to me safe and in a timely fashion. George was able to offer me two options for pick up and drop off. He answered texts within minutes, and communication was very clear. The driver was courteous, punctual, and very communicative as well. I hope I never need to transport a car again (this was because of a car accident while traveling), but if I do, I'm calling Safemile again!Safemile Auto Transport
