I used Safemile Auto Transport to transfer my kid's car from Texas to Chicago, and they were spot on with the pickup time. Their communication was excellent, and the price was fair. I have had to ship vehicles a few times in my life, and I can say that Safemile Auto Transport is the best company I have used. The driver was prompt with pickup and delivery, and my car arrived exactly as I left it for pickup. Very fast service, too! Highly recommended!Safemile Auto Transport

Awful. They gave me a quote a month and half before pick up day. One week before the scheduled day and then again 3 days before I had to reach out to them to confirm the pickup. They then tried to up charge me the day of the pick up saying the driver canceled due to truck issues and then again the next day with a separate driver citing there was an insurance issue. They offered me a third driver that could pick up the vehicle 2 days after original date but almost ***** more than the original quote. I called another company who informed me this company does this all the time.Safemile Auto Transport

To clarify, due to high demand on your route, we were unable to secure a driver well in advance and found one only a day before the scheduled pickup. Unfortunately, the carrier had a delay, and we had to arrange another carrier, which resulted in a **** increase in cost, not $*****. We apologize for any confusion and frustration this may have caused. We strive to provide clear communication and reliable service, and we're sorry we fell short in this instance.
