  The mold in the crawlspace was making us sick and I needed the right company for the job. BAY was beyond professional, knowledgeable and most definitely worth the wait. We are already breathing so much better in the house. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Huge thank you to ****** ****** *****, ***** ******* ******, ****, ***** A, ****, **** and ****** for all their hard work!   It has been a year since Bay Crawl Space addressed numerous water and foundational issues in my crawl space, and that year's experience has demonstrated that I made the right decision in hiring them (after evaluating other proposals).From the 'get go,' Advisor ***** *********** adroitly shepherded me, in person, through this heavy-duty project, documenting their experienced construction and technical approach to prevent foundation and electrical/HVAC water damage, as well as moisture-generated surface mold. Further, the responsiveness of ******* office colleagues, ********, ******* and *******, meant I never was in doubt about what steps came next.Finally, construction execution is key, and the work skillfully done by ****, Adian and ****, was "on time and within budget." Further, Bay's electrician did a great job illuminating the *** so I can easily see throughout the space just from the entry ******* sum, considering the arduous gravity of the project to the sustainability of my house's foundation and bedrock insulation, together with their expertise, I remain very pleased that Crawl Space Foundation did the work. Though a not inexpensive project -- but nonetheless critical to the long-term integrity of my home -- "quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten."Kudos to Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair.

  Matt and Jermaine were professional and respectful of my property. They installed seven piers to assist in leveling my 75 year old house. 1/4 the price quote of the other, well known, over-advertised foundation repair company for the exact same work proposal, down to placement of the piers! I highly recommend their services!

  We called Bay Crawl Foundation Repair for an estimate to repair the foundation of our old home. Bay Crawl Foundation set up an appointment right away. Michael ******* came out in 2 days and gave us a detailed proposal of what they would do. We needed it completed by a certain date, and they started shortly after the inspection. The work has been excellent so far. Thank You

  Bay did an encapsulation and foundation repair for us earlier this year. We have an old house and, not surprisingly, we needed some follow up work and one of the dehumidifiers they installed replaced under warranty. Once again, their crews - Mike, Maine, Angel, Josh and Aaron, were all terrific. They were on time, professional and efficient, but most of all they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. We highly recommend Bay.

  Great, honest company. We had to have several sagging doorways, and moisture controlled. The teams did excellent at letting us know what was happening, answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable with the process.

  Excellent company to work with.
  We recently used Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair to handle a moisture problem under our house. Bay installed a drainage system, sump pump, and dehumidifier. The installation included lights and a new access door to replace an old, unused crawl space exhaust fan.
  Everyone at Bay was a joy to work with, from our first meeting with Ben, the estimator, who explained the complete project, through Crystal, the scheduler, and of course, the installation team of Travis, Jordan, Austin, ZO. The electricians, Jeff and Dalton arrived a day earlier than expected, and did an exellent job, explaining everything as they worked.
  We did have a minor unexpected problem; the noise level of the dehumidifier was much louder than expected, and was right under our bedroom (which we discovered the first night). After contacting Bay and explaining the problem, Chris and Paul were dispatched within a couple of days to relocate the dehumidifier and install extra insulation above it to help with the sound. Relocating it required the power to be relocated, which was done the next day by Matt and Logan.
  The professionalism shown by the entire company, especially the prompt response to our problem elevated our already high opinion of Bay.
  We could not recommend them more highly for any foundation or crawl space issues you may have.
