      We were impressed with Dave H's diagnosis of our problem and with the team of technicians that did the work. We had some settlement cracks and weaknesses from rotten wood under the house. Dave gave us pictures of the problems and a price that was the most reasonable. Mike, Quay & Payne were also impressive. They were on time, friendly, listened to our concerns and worked very hard. Mike sent us pictures of the finished work. Our kitchen and dining room area actually feel more secure and less bouncy now.

      BAY has completed an encapsulation of our crawl space and I want to say that they have lived up to their reputation of being the best. the Instillation Team of Eric, Travis, Jallen and Jermane; and the Service Team of Matt and Tucker were professional, timely, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Bay to anyone who needs crawl space work.

      We had Bay Crawlspace encapsulate our crawlspace back in 2016 and have had them do a yearly check up every year since. We are more than pleased with the work ethics of this company, we trust them and rely on them to inspect our crawlspace, sump pump and dehumidifier. From the ease of making an appointment with the front office representative to having the "guys" come do the work, this is a company you can depend on to get the job done. Matt and Tucker came today and we can't say enough about the knowledge these guys have in doing the job they do. We highly recommend Bay Crawlspace to anyone needing services of this kind!

      Couldn't be happier with the work that BAY Crawl Space and Foundation Repair did to my father's house in Norfolk. Years of water damage were taken care of in about a week; even the plumber who came in afterward commented on the nice work that had been done. And a big shoutout to the team of Eric, Travis, and Jallen. They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you again!

      I had an awesome team working on my project. They did an amazing job taking care of my crawl space issue. Stefan, Floyd, Alex, and Eljin was very professional and made sure I understood everything that was happening. They provided me with different options for addressing the issue. I needed to have my floors leveled. They came out immediately to do an inspection of my crawl space and assessed the issues. They are punctual. I recommend them to anyone needing to fix any issues with their foundation/crawl space. Even if you want to have it inspected to see if everything is fine.
