    They have cars listed at the fair market value then add fees on top of the car as lo jack,ceramic coating and others to put it *********** over the price that it was listed. You are not able to take these things off also if you decided to bring in your on bank they charge **** dollars just for your own financing. Another **** for reconditioning fee and **** for a warranty for the power train then when you get to the finance manager they try to sell you their own warranty when they already put a warranty on the car if you don’t purchase the warranty the gap insure goes up by ** dollars in your payment these guys just want your money and will squeeze it out of you wants they know how much you got approved out of you. Don’t recommend this business you will be in the hole ***** dollars. It doesn’t help that in the area they’re monopolizing the market by buying the dealerships in every city.

    I bought a hellcat challenger in February and also put a downpayment on another challenger coming in . I was told the car was originally bought by someone else and they didn’t want it. Then I was was told they list the car and couldn’t find it. Then I was told it was stolen off of a transport truck. I then had been placed on a list to purchase the 2023 demon and now they are telling me I did not place an order for one which is untrue. Buyers beware

    I have a 2011 Town and Country Mini Van that has many mechanical problems, it will run for a few days and then won’t start. If you ******, the 2011 Town and Country you will see they all have the same problems. In fact, they have had so many problems that they stopped making the vehicle. Chrysler knows they have a defective product but will not recall them. My van will last for about a day or two and then it won’t start at all. I have put it in the shops, taken it to the Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Fiat dealership, and invested a lot of money in repairs. In April, I sent a registered letter out to Chrysler Corporation with no response. The registered letter was signed by **** ** ***; they did not have the courtesy to acknowledge or respond to my issue. They do stand by their products. I ask you to help me in getting a resolution, repair my vehicle correctly, or replace it with a new vehicle.

    John ***** of Southern DCJR - FIAT has reviewed the service history for Gloria ***** and the last time the vehicle was serviced by any Southern service facility was on February 11th, 2020. Repair order number ****** was opened at the Greenbrier location. Gloria ***** declined any repairs. Southern DCJR - FIAT would like to know if the customer visited another store recently as there are no other records at this time.

    I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS DISHONEST PLACE!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!! My Jeep went into this facility to be serviced & I've been LIED ON TWICE. First, SAM *********** told me the diagnostic fee will be $***+ tax. On the first day he called & told me what he THOUGHT the issue was, & that he would need to check more and let me know tmrw. He called the next day & told me what the issue was. When my brother went to pick up my truck today they told me that the charge would be almost ****. SAM *********** lied & said he told me it would be extra time and more money. That was NEVER relayed to me & I was shocked!!! After explaining this to the MANAGER, JOHN *****, It was just my word against *****. & they believed *** & I was left to pay the amount. NEXT, When my truck was started and drove home, I have a now "check engine" light on. THAT ENGINE LIGHT WAS NEVER ON FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS. When I called them to ask why the engine light is now on, SAM *********** LIED AGAIN!!! Stating that is was on when I came in with it !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so livid & have no trust for this place. Also at the service desk I TOLD SAM that my engine light was OFF when I first brought my truck in. Me, my siblings, & friends will never be back! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & VERY VERY DISHONEST ASSOCIATES!!!

    This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman was so eager to make a sale that the car being sold wasn't completely out of service from a trade in. It was pulled out of service and the test drive consisted of me driving it around the dealership lot and a side street by the dealership. I pointed out some issues with the car and was assured that they were going to be fixed prior to leaving service. 2 weeks later and 3 times has the wrong part been ordered by the service technician. I'm told your car will be ready on this day and that day but it keeps being pushed back due to the technician being incompetent and ordering the wrong part. No one higher thought to cross reference and assure the part was ordered correctly after the first time and allowed it to happen twice more delaying the pick up for me. I was even told by the sales manager Travis that I could back out of the deal if I wanted to. Not wanting to take ownership in the wrong that was done offering me to be extra inconvenienced was the answer. This is unacceptable. The entire process of servicing the car was sat on until I started asking questions and then only then did things start moving.
