    My sons closet ceiling fell in - ugh, what a mess! ****** to the rescue. After an estimate from the other guy who stood in the backyard and sent his drone up, ****** came over, within a few hours of when I called him, and got up on the roof himself (right after a rain storm!). He showed us pictures of the roof and what he thought was causing the problem: the damage wasn't obvious. So nice to have that small business touch - to talk to the owner, the one who would be doing the work. Best new yet, his estimate was half Mr. ***** Guys! Needless to say, we booked him. ****** did a great job, always in touch with kind communication. After he finished, he didnt bill us right away; instead he waited until a heavy rain and then had me check to make sure the leak in the closet was truly fixed. Nelsons a sweetheart and a pro. To top it off - he fixed some broken tiles on the front of my house (see pic). I didnt even ask! Thats service.

    I highly recommend Mr **** for any roofing job . I hired him to replace my roof he did an excellent job and also he repaired the roof on my daughter townhouse. Mr **** is very professional, very courteous and dedicated .Anyone who needs a new roof please do not hesitate to hire him because you will be very satisfied and happy.

    Nelson at Matrix is the true benefit of working with his company. He is a human, something missing from many of the contractors you may interact with. When my father was sick and I overnight took over responsibility for repairs, I had no idea what to do with a broken roof. Nelson understood my situation, repaired the roof within a day, charged me a fair price, and still checks in to make sure things are going well. A good business, a better man.
