    This is the single WORST online vendor I've ever interacted with. They sent me 3 busted laptops in a row. The customer service is atrocious. Do not buy anything from these rip-off artists ever.

    After consulting several computer experts I was assured that buying a refurbished product was okay. They told me that these products wouldn't be sent out unless they were in top shape and in some cases they will be better than new. That was the exact opposite of my experience with TekRefurbs.com. The computer that I bought for my son ran very slowly and stopped loading all together within a few weeks. The product was terrible and an awful outcome for a Christmas gift. I contacted the company 5 times over several months and never got a reply back until I told them that I was going to have to report them. Finally I heard back with "sorry, nothing we can do to help you". Please **********************!
