      Had the system for 4 months so far. Like the water quality and you can definitely see and feel the difference with the softener. The system as broke three times so far and technician availability is scarce. Would not use them again.

      We have had our water system for almost four years and it has worked perfectly. Our water tastes great and the water quality is excellent. Shawn changed our filters, sanitized our system, wiped down the equipment and throughly explained everything I needed to know in order to keep the system working proficiently. He was patient, kind, courteous, and arrived within the time expected. His professionalism was above and beyond the norm of customer service. Excellent job East Coast Water!

      We have worked with this company for 4 years and we have no complaints! They are easy to get ahold of, quick response times with service issues and everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful! Highly recommend them for any water quality concerns!

      This is by far the WORST COMPANY in any industry. I have had multiple issues with the equipment and even paid to have it repaired. Not even a year later I come to find out that my system is not even working correctly. The service ‘manager’ Shawn was in a rush to just take my money after finding out the unit was broken and when I asked him when I will get it repaired for the second time all hell broke loose! He became very defensive and actually tried to accuse me of having a bad tone without even trying to understand that this is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with the equipment. He would not even give me a timeframe on when the repair would happen. I had to refuse to pay the service fee until I could speak with a General Manger just to get a confirmation on when my unit would be repaired. Again this is the 2nd time I have had an issue with their cheap equipment.. if this company tries to sell you anything even a T-shirt run fast and far away!       The water tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely notice a difference in the quality of our skin and we feel better knowing our drinking water is cleaner.
