      Tech were friendly and water quality is better. That being said, they lie. Signed us up for the cleaning supplies but it is such a hassle and so hard to navigate the site that we gave up on it. Didn't tell us that the tank has to be replace every 3 years and even though it is under warranty, the labor cost to get it replaced is over ***** Told us the filters for the drinking station was covered under warranty but we would have to pay labor. Asked if I could replace them myself and they said I could. Even left a wrench for me so I could do it. A year later when I called to get filters they said they were not covered by warranty and it would cost **** to replace them. I am considering removing the entire system and taking it back to them personally. Cost of maintaining the system is almost ***** every three years and there is no home owner maintenance options.

      Excellent water as a result of their system. We use less soap. Water tastes better. Skin less dry. Recommend East Coast Water Quality.
