      I hired Wilton Construction to repair my home after an automobile crashed into the side of it. I found them to be a highly professional, courteous and competent organization. Each contractor was polite and the communication from the office was top notch. Highly recommend them for your contracting needs.

      Wilton construction did an amazing job on my home after we had severe water damage in both the master bathroom and garage. Initially things were a little shaky after the remediation portion of the job where there were some communication issues but it seemed to be more on my insurance company than Wilton construction themselves. ***** did a wonderful job on the remediation. **** did an amazing job getting contractors in fast and was able to meet our deadline to sell our home while providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship. ****** did a great job making sure the guys stayed on top of things throughout the progress insuring no steps were missed. Thank you Wilton for helping us in a time of need! I wish I had more pictures to show how great everything came out but we literally moved out the day things were completely finished to prepare for the new home owners.

      I had a fantastic experience with Wilton. ****** and ***** were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire mitigation process. They kept me informed every step of the way, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend Wilton to everyone.

      Renovations in 3 bathrooms was completed in a timely manner. Sub contractor work was finished well. Pricing was reasonable and communication was satisfactory.

      The whole team was highly responsive, empathetic, and on the ball fast as lightning. They were highly communicative with me every step of the way and always checking to ensure that they met the expectation. They made me feel like we were not alone nightmare that is having a leak in your house.

      I had the best experience with all of the guys that came out today. The response time was amazing. The work they did is ******************. They made this awful experience seem less devasting. I would recommend Wilton to everyone I know.

      Wilton Construction did remediation and restoration services to our bathroom after water damage. All services were performed from remediation to tiling and painting. Their staff were always on time, helpful, patient, and respectful. It was a breath of fresh air for us as we have had many bad experiences in the past from other companies for other construction jobs.Their office was great to work with and were good about keeping in contact with us and our insurance company. We are extremely pleased with all their work and would highly recommend Wilton for your construction needs.

      Wilton was excellent! I had major water damage from a leak. They called me the next day after I submitted a claim to my insurance and scheduled the mitigation of the damage. They quickly assessed the damage, treated the areas with mold and dried out the moisture. After the adjuster reviewed the mitigation, I had to find a company to fix the drywall and floor and paint. Because of my positive experience with Wilton during the mitigation process, I requested to use Wilton to complete that work on the drywall, floor and painting . They were quick to complete the work and my house was back to looking great! They were professional and kept me up to date with their schedule. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. The office staff were very helpful and answered all my questions.

      If you want a remodel company that takes 17 months to complete a 6 month job, call Wilton Construction. If you want your calls returned in 2 weeks or even 2 months instead of 2 days, call Wilton Construction. If you want exorbitant storage fees on a under scheduled job creating extra fees, call Wilton. If you want 4 vehicles to deliver 7 stored items, call Wilton. If your insurer labels Wilton as a preferred builder, run away as fast and far as you can. If you seek adjustments on incomplete or not up to specs work, call Wilton. If you want demands for your draws, don't do it. It is the only leverage you have to get the work completed. If you want the runaround of your life, use Wilton. I write this review in an effort to help others not make the same mistake I did in repairing my home from damage in an April 2022 storm (worked "completed" September 2023). This is only a few examples of the ordeal experienced in the 18 months.Call Wilton for what I consider the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Please research companies before Wilton is considered.
