  I called them because I had a tree branch that impaled my roof during a storm. It was an insurance claim, I didn't ask a lot of questions, I just needed someone to remove the branch and cover that part of the roof. They did come out immediately and took care of that. They gave me a quote on the repair cost, which I thought was high, so I wanted to get a few other quotes. The next thing I knew, they showed up to my house, without notice, to begin the the repair work. I was at work and never agreed for Wilton to do the work. I never signed a contract with them. I never paid a deposit or my deductible to them. They did it anyway. It's really a shame. Their work was good. But I feel like I got totally railroaded by the person in the office. She acted on the knowledge it was an insurance claim and totally failed to acknowledge I had a right to choose who did the work and when. I never even saw the crew. My son is the only one that even knew they were at our house because they were outside his bedroom window and his room was on the 2nd floor. Very unprofessional! Good workmanship, terrible customer service.

  Wilton Construction is a company which I would refer to my family and friends. We had roof damage to our home due to a tree falling during a storm. From the initial meeting to the end of the repair, everyone was professional and efficient. Great experience.

  DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!! They will try to get by with the cheapest and tell you its top grade. Sub work is Awfulsloppiest work Ive ever seen. Finally had to tell the project manager to not let anyone back in the house.

  I dont even want to give them one star. I had to pay a deposit to even be put on their schedule and then took over 2 months to begin the work. A very small bath that was supposed to take 2 weeks took over 6 and we had to work around their subcontractors schedule and have him at our house nights and weekend. Their site says they use employed and not subs. They took forever and had horrible communication and I finally had to tell them to stop work Dec 2021 (after asking for update estimated invoices repeatedly). No one came to inspect the work, no one responded to my texts, emails or calls and dead silence for 9 months. Then they send an absolutely incorrect invoice, then an updated and now one that says we owe over $5k on their original estimate and they didnt do half the work in the original estimate!
