    This company currently owes me $755. As many folks probably articulated previously, this company is a disaster to work with. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. I made a service request through my home warranty company. Mundin said I would owe $755 in non-covered costs. On May 8, 2023, I paid the $755 because it was the only way to secure an appointment. On the day the first appointment was scheduled, I got a call saying that the water heater order had been cancelled and it wasn't at ********** to be picked up and that I needed to call my home warranty company. I rescheduled the service a few weeks later for May 30, 2023. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Mundin towards the end of the appointment window that the service technician went to pick up the water heater but the order had been cancelled. I then asked Mundin to no longer continue the service and requested they refund my $755, they said they would. It has been over 6 weeks since I cancelled the service request. I have called Mundin numerous times trying to find out where my refund is. I was told **** business days to process the refund, but after that window had not received the refund to my credit card. I called Mundin to find out what happened and the receptionist said that she would call their bank to find out what happened. I was told that apparently there was some error with their bank and that the bank was going to reissue the refund. That was 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. This company provided zero services for me, took my money, said I would receive a refund, and now will not answer the phone or follow up to inform me that the refund was properly processed.

    We apologize that your refund was not processed in a timely manner.  We had difficulties w/ our merchant services returning the funds due to the amount.  Before they could process the refund they came back with questions which made the process lengthy.  

    At this point, you, the customer, contested the charge w/ your credit card company which made things a bit more complicated and the refund process became even more dramatic and that's what led to the extreme wait.  

    We don't have control over the way the bank, credit card companies, or merchant services processes any refunds. But in the end we are thankful that you received your money back.
