I am a retired US ARMY officer who lives in ***********. 2.5 years ago we had a 80g ******** ***** electric water heater installed by Mundin Plumbing. The wire harness fried itself, and despite having a year old electrical box installed at the house...*************************** and Mundin Plumbing said the warranty does not cover electrical surges. This was my problem to solve and I could be given a "refund for parts" on the ******* one from ******** actually diagnosed the problem. The Mundin *** was only a plumber, not electrition! ONLY one picture was taken of the top element compartment, and this is how the final diagnosis was determined!! This is a standard 'kick the can' and put the problem back to the consumer problem again. DON'T USE ******** ***** PRODUCTS.DON'T USE MUNDIN PLUMBING.These 80g electric water heater tanks were no longer manufactured after the 2017 regulations, however the company won't acknowledge the fact that this wire harness issue has happened ***eatedly in the past, or the fact that I have a new electrical box!I am a 100% permanently disabled combat veteran that requires daily physical therapy and heat treatments on my lower back from flying.I am utterly disappointed in ******** ***** and the Mundin plumbing company that installed my tank. NO ONE wanted to assume any responsibility and only wanted to put all the responsibility on the home owner to simply just pay for another water tank.Absolutely disappointed in how the customer gets to fight his own warranty battle and despite an active warranty, be financially responsible.DON'T USE ******** *****.DON'T USE MUNDIN PLUMBING.

YES, YOU THE HOME OWNER are the assumed responsible party!! Try to wrap your head around this concept. (We) Mundin Plumbing DID NOT SUPPLY the water heater. Your insurance company did.... Our policies are industry standard in that we warranty our wor, not products we do not purchase. That's across the board in our industry, I'm not sure you comprehend this, even through it's been explained to you several times. THAT DOES NOT MAKE US A BAD COMPANY - YOU WANT A FREE WATER HEATER AND TO PLACE BLAME ON AN INNOCENT FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. Mundin Plumbing does not make the manufacturer warranty rules of a national company. To assume this is just nonsense. Your homeowners insurance my help with the cost.Review fromMargaret S

1 starCompany refuses to answer calls about unsatisfactory service. They charged me $530 but did not fix the problem and now will not answer phone calls to resolve the issue.Review fromMark B

5 starsGREAT COMMUNICATION, EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP and CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the second time I have used the services of Mundin Plumbing. I would not hesitate to call on them for any and all plumbing services.
