The facts in this matter are not in dispute. I opened a secured credit card account with OpenSky a number of years ago with a $4000 security deposit. At the end of 2022, I closed this account in good standing and asked for my security to be refunded. No problem, they said they would issue a check. After waiting 6 weeks with no check and various phone calls, they then supposedly sent out another check on 2-15-23. As of today, the 9th of March, I have still not received this second check. When I spoke to OpenSky, they claimed they could not do anything till the 15th of March and then all they could do was issue another check by snail mail. When they took my money they had no problem doing an ach directly from my bank account. When I suggested sending the check by fed ex, they refused. More interesting i never had a problem getting there statements, but for some reason checks get "lost in the mail". My account number with them is *******************Business Response

Recently I saw a late payment on my credit report from your company that I do not recognize. According to the **** transactions such as payments are not supposed to show on a consumer credit report. I know that this is a billing error and I just would like for it to be corrected. It has been a pleasure doing business with Opensky Bank and I would like to continue to be a proud user of this card. Due to this being a billing error I ask that this account be updated to paid as agreed on all 3 credit reporting agencies.Account Number: ****************Business Response

In 12/2016 I opened a secured credit card account with Open Sky Bank. On June 2, 2017 they closed my account. I was told by an associate at Open Sky Bank that I did not owe any additional money. Now Open Sky is saying that I owe $155, and they've also listed my debt as a derogatory collection/charge off. I DO NOT owe them any money. Open Sky added those additional fees of $155 after my account was closed. I want my status changed to closed/paid off. Not derogatory/ charge off.Business Response
