This Opensky Capital Bank account on my credit report is inaccurate. I previously disputed this account and the credit bureaus responded that this account is verified from the creditor, when in fact it is not. More specifically, I am referencing to the fact that they are reporting incorrect Last Payment Date. Therefore, this account is not 100% verified. The law specifically states that, If, after any reinvestigation of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall promptly delete that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation.Business Response

I have tried paying my bill for over a month and a half and it takes over 10 to 12 days for the purchase to go through and they keep refunding my money and charging me more money so I can't pay. I recently closed an account with Opensky **** secured credit card on April 4, 2023. I received a check for the security deposit on April 26, 2023 for $200. I tried to cash the check with ***** ***** on June 6 but could not cash it. The check said it was posted to my account but was not received in my account. I have been back and forth with Opensky and ***** ***** as to why I could not deposit the check. ***** ***** conducted an investigation and found that the check was issued to me and another person for the same amount with the same check number. I contacted Opensky, who has 3 investigations open for my account, and said they would reissue the check. I have since had 3 reissue dates for the check but have not received it. Each time I call, I receive a different excuse why my check has not been reissued.Business Response

I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. to this day over 60 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like im being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes: Section 611(a) it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those tems from my credit report it nas boon over 60 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. This card can not be canceled. I can not get my money back. There is no way to cancel on the app or online. It says to call the number. I have called the number NUMEROUS times and sat on hold for over an hour. It then hangs up on you without allowing you to speak to anyone. Close my account and give me my money!!!!
