      Have refused to return phone calls, I am a veteran currently expecting payment from 3M lawsuit delegated by Brown Greer PLC. I've contacted the settlements Bureau, they informed me I have been owed a settlement of ***** and have not received payment or updates of the claim payout. Looking through documents, I found confirmation that I was to be paid no later than July 15th 2024. The first issue for the claim was submitted back in January 1st 2024. Months later and have not received payment nor information of payment. Have reached out on all known channels available with no response

      BrownGreer PLC is the Court-Appointed Settlement Administrator for the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs Settlement that has over ******* participating claimants.  The Court and the Settlement Agreement direct that we pay Claimants on a First-In, First-Out (****) basis, and that a Claimants **** ranking is dependent on when they submitted a complete Registration Form and Release. We received the funds to pay the **** Group ****************** is part of on July 15, 2024, according to 3Ms funding obligations.  ****************** was paid shortly after we received the funds. We have also spoken with ****************** and explained this to him.

      After issuing a settlement check in October 2022 an error was discovered in the amount distributed to the settlement class they cancelled all checks. These checks were cancelled AFTER we all received payments and deposited them into our accounts. Brown Greer took over the settlement and has promised us payment for 9 months. We finally received a hard date that they were sending replacement checks out which was supposed to be June 9, 2023. I was emailed the amount of my settlement and everything went as planned until the following Monday were they announced they discovered ANOTHER ISSUE and that all payments are to be postponed until further review. The decisions that are being made over there have completely disrupted the lives of the majority of the class members in the lawsuit with ****************. Today June 16th we are being told that payments are on hold again until further review. The settlement website does update but they delete all previous updates so we do not have a paper trial. I am able to provide email componence if additional evidence of their neglect needs to be reviewed.
