Alert, Alert, Alert !To all people represented by an attorney, Your attorney hired this company. Court appointed and court approved are two entirely different terms. They are helping your attorney utilize special savings which comes in different forms from the settlement recovery. ASK FOR TOTAL TRANSPARENCY. Hopefully they will not delay your settlement payout for 7 months and hold 10's of thousands of dollars of your injury relief money

I've been waiting on my settlement for over 5 years. Brown greer are the people who watch Over the money And make sure that I don't owe any money to the government or insurance companies, they've been taking their time on my settlement and others. It's been multiple months that they've had the ability to push it through. I'm gonna lose my truck.and luckily not my home. I've known the amount of my settlement for round up since March of last year. How long do they need to sit and collect interest before I can turn them into the state bar? There should be a class action against them. I contacted someone only to get an email to say contact someone else if i'm in a hurry and when I contacted them and got nothing.they don't give a s*** If I lose everything, I'll remember them.

They have shifted the goal post on the ***************** and changed their deadlines multiple times. It seems that this process will never be completed and that students will never get their settlement at this point. A lot of red flags.

Brown and Greer took over as the administrators for the distribution of the **************** Settlement. They are holding back the payments that rightfully belong to former ***** Students that are supposed to receive the settlement funds as per the lawsuit. They keep delaying the process of submitting/mailing the payments to those whom are entitled to the settlement funds. This has been going on for months. They first indicated the payments would be made in Q1 of 2023. The next promise was that the payments would be mailed by the end of March 2023, then they were being mailed by the end of April 2023. They have missed all three of their own self imposed timeframes - with no update as far as what is happening and why they were not mailed but mostly why they failed to execute on their commitment. The checks have been in the "final stages of calculations" for months now. It is ridiculous - they are holding back the funds as if it's their own money, and it's not. It belongs to those that were impacted by ****************'s misleading statements not to a group of lawyers to sponge off of. They are supposed to be professionals with a commitment to a deadline and have thus far been unable to keep their deadlines. I wouldn't be able to keep my job if I was not adequate in my communications with stakeholders, had completely mis-calculated the time to completion, and then failed to update the stakeholders or provide a concrete date of distribution of funds and make sure I executed on that commitment. Nobody can get away with that type of behavior except for a bunch of lawyers making some ridiculous legal premise to "someone" why they are unable to meet their own deadlines but not communicating any of that to the stakeholders or actual recipients of the funds owed why they keep failing to execute on their timeframes. No other professional organization would be able to stay in business if this was normal behavior and failure after failure to execute.

Self serving company with 500 agents finding ways to delay and minimize Claims for Fire Victims Trust for ********** fires. More than five years later we have received only partial payments while trust administrators are paid millions of dollars and BrownGreen profits from years of evaluating claims. Shameful reflection of our dysfunctional legal system.
