I currently am paying for **** leads and have been for a few months. The leads that have been sent to me for jobs are almost already taken. This past month I have only got 2 jobs out of the ***** leads I am supposed to be receiving. Ive called now 4 or 5 times and they will not let me leave my contract unless I pay 35 percent of the remaining contract. Do not sign up with **** leads whatever you do. I am beyond disgusted with this company and they do not care about how unhappy you are with their service. All they want is money. They are definitely not for small businesses. This has been a financial burden for me as I just started a new business and now am stuck.

I do not recommend going through **** for any of your projects. I have had 2 different companies come to my home to do a small job of removing a small bathroom vanity and installing a new one. A plumber came out first and said, "I can't do this job I don't have the right fittings." Still collected the 40 dollar service fee. Then, I tried a handyman to which he estimated ***** which is way too much. Still he took the service fee charge. Buyer beware.

Horrible! Is the only word I can use to describe my families experience. We had so many cancellations and changes, they sent someone to my brothers home that was not even a employee it turned out His wife was the plumber but he went instead???, he did Nothing but reported the job done??? It was the most bizarre situation I've witnessed with a company. It appears that it's a huge Scam. Please do not use them!!!!??????

Had two appointments to assemble furniture. First did not show.2nd appointment two people were sent over to assemble a closet system bought through *******. Stated they had to leave after two hours. Called ******* and they said they needed to finish the job as I paid quite a sum for the service. Techs left and requested additional money to return to complete the job.Appears to be a scam. Unreliable and the service you pay for is deplorable.Avoid at all costs.

Angies list has contacted me to be a part of their network of contractors. I said NO, and since then my phone number has been called by there automation so much my business has had missed calls from potential clients, my time consumed by answering there calls. Which I need to switch phone numbers, which cost may company money. They have lost me thousands of dollars in business.

I booked an appointment and was charged full price for not canceling in time. Contractor never contacted me prior to the appointment, he just showed up, I did not feel comfortable with him. I am widowed on a limited income the charge was over $600.00, would not issue a refund. The appointment was set up in June or July for September booking, the reminders were to close to the actual appointment.

Ive been dealing with angies ads since April 2024 and have nothing but fake leads- scam calls and crappy customer service! I paid $300 monthly to see that about 80% of my leads are scams!! When calling regarding ny concerns- the account manager *****) pretended to escalate the situation to assist with all of the money I've already given them- then never called back - then 2 days late me having to call back to see what has been done to then be asked by **** **** (ads pro **** why do i keep calling ? And then mocked me and hung up the phone! Then when trying to reach a supervisor -i was instead transferred to someone else (jade asio) pretending to be supervisor - and also dis absolutely nothing but ask how can i help you with an attitude! These people should be held accountableIMMEDIATELY !!!Especially **** ****- you hear that name- know that she is a complete waste of time!! I was better off doing to ****- or another agency! Run away from angies!! Full of scams

Im a contractor who uses Angies ads. And I was double charged and, I called about the transaction and they said deal with you bank, not us very unprofessional. And hung up on me very rude. I do not recommend having them to push your business, only works right after you pay the 300 each month. So after you pay theyll flood your inbox with adds.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Angie's List, which have not aligned with the terms of our contract.Initially, we had a clear agreement regarding the specific areas in which our services would be promoted. However, Angie's List proceeded to promote our business in regions that were not requested. After multiple requests, it took three months to adjust the servicing areas to our ***************** light of the ongoing issues, I decided to cancel our contract due to the lack of fulfillment of the promised deliverables. Instead of processing my cancellation, Angie's List offered a complimentary month to potentially improve the situation, suggesting we would review the results afterward. Despite this, I was charged for the following month without any discussion about our continuation.Furthermore, I am aware that Angie's List has a policy stating that if a client cancels their contract, they are still responsible for paying 60% of the contract. I appreciate that you were willing to waive this fee due to the circumstances and your acknowledgment of being at fault. For four months, I have been promised at least two leads per day, yet I have received only eight leads total during this period. This significant discrepancy further demonstrates a failure to meet contractual expectations. Will never do business with them again!!!!!!! They will not deliver in their leads as Promise and still charge you to cancel their contract. So once you locked in in contract if they don't deliver the leads dont matter how much you fight with them they don't care.
