    I hired thru **** for underground drainage for my home. The job that was done was not good and the company never returned to repair the work. I called ******* to get satisfaction and I was transferred around for 2 hrs before I was disconnected. They claim they can't find the work order even though they charged my card and sent someone out. They do not back their work even though they claim satisfaction is gaurenteed.

    **** leads was the worst company I've dealt with and they now are threatening to take me to collections for over $1,600.00. One lead looking for work and contacted me on **** leads as a false lead, Some of these leads did not answer the phone when we called them back, some were just checking for quotes, some changed their mind and had family members clean for them, some of the leads were NOT LEADS yet we still have to pay for them. I do not recommend small businesses to use this company because they are only out to ruin credit of small businesses from what I see. This is not right by any means how they are doing us and it needs to be stopped immediately!

    Dont use Angies list if youre a business. The lead prices are ridiculous but when you manually turn your leads off they turn them back on and send you leads anyway. They only credit your account back part of the time so you end up paying for leads you cant use. At ***** a lead. This has happened to me at least 6 times in the last few years before I finally closed my account. I was a pro with home advisor way before Angies list bought it and the service went downhill as soon as they took over. They will also regularly call trying to get you to turn your leads on even after repeated being told you cant take new customers and to stop calling.Terrible company

    I was dissatisfied with a job in September 2021. I told **** 3 times in emails the job was never complete. The 3rd time I requested to cancel my membership. Last week they charged my cc a renewal fee. The email said I could cancel my subscription by logging in and going to the "help" section. It doesn't exist. I have since emailed them 3 more times and no one has responded to my request to cancel. I stopped payment through my bank. This is one of those companies that won't allow you to easily cancel, so beware.

    Worst experience ever with Angies list. I hired their services almost 2 weeks ago in order to help me approaching more Customers and now I got a **** from them over $2,800?? And I get only 2 Customers with Completed Jobs with the total amount of $5,200 :/

    Dont use this service or ****. I got taken and the person ruined so much at my house and Im waiting for a refund and no response from the company. They dont screen the people they send .

    If you are a contractor, stay away from this company. The lead fees are outrageously priced and there is no getting your money back for any reason.
