    Have been a customer of ********************************************* for the past 11 years and its been a great experience. ****** is awesome.. hes a fantastic HVAC tech who is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond every visit . I trust his judgment and appreciate his professionalism. I also appreciate the staff who makes the appointments and does their best to be so accommodating . Thank you!!

    I had a maintenance visit on 3/5/24. My technician called to let me know when he would be arriving, was prompt, friendly, efficient and professional.     I had a great experience with James River. I needed two HVAC systems replaced in my first home. The salesman knew that I knew nothing about HVACs. He was very practical and told me what I realistically needed for my home. While JR has more expensive equipment available, the salesman did not try to sell me on it. He was clear, concise, and no-nonsense. Additionally, I appreciate that they don't have tiered pricing systems or complex discount programs or memberships. My experience was a refreshing change compared to the aggressive sales tactics of some of the other companies in town who came in for quotes before James River. HVAC replacements are large investments and I had no regrets about choosing James River, even before I received two other quotes. The folks who came to install were kind and clear on the timing of installation and what to expect. When choosing an HVAC company, it's really a no-brainer just based on their A+ BBB rating and accreditation alone. They stand by what they sell and install. I look forward to working with James River for many years to come.
