    Excellent service for semi-annual visit! Technician was on time after calling ahead and was very courteous, professional and thorough. He gave a very detailed debrief of his visit and provided very helpful recommendations for owner maintenance actions.

    We have had a service contract with James River Air Conditioning for years. Today was reinforcement for why we stay with them. Our heat was not functioning downstairs and we called for service. Within a couple of hours the seasoned service technician, *******************, arrived and fixed the problem within an hour. Thankfully it was not a major issue, but **** quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem and fixed it just as fast. He also gave my wife and me a detailed explanation of what caused the heat to shut down and what he had done to correct the problem. **** was professional, respectful of our time. It was a great experience and we are, once again, satisfied customers!

    ***** and HT arrived as scheduled to address my heat pump issue. Turns out I had not properly switched the breaker. They showed me how to do it correctly. They also helped me change the batteries in my Nest smoke detector. This was a very worthwhile service call and ****** in home management!. Both technicians were kind, polite, and professional! Glad I have a service contract with this company!***********************

    My name is ***** ***** and we called in an emergency request due to a water heater going down and leaking. Not only did you come the same day, but sent two great techs to do the job. ******************************* and his apprentice, ****, are welcomed in our home anytime. They were excellent techs, did a super job , no mess or cleanup for us, and were very concerned about doing a perfect job, which they did. We will call J.R. the next time for any repairs, upgrades, or advice. Thank you so much and please tell ******* and **** thank you and job well down.     Have used James River Air for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work since 2013. Absolutely first rate service. Always on time with a phone call from the tech when on their way. TECHS DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSION so there is never pressure to sell the customer anything. Invariably polite knowledgeable and trustworthy. ************** runs a class operation. ***************************
