      I called Quality Eco Technologies in April 2024 to schedule our FIRST annual inspection, which I was instructed to do so by the lead technician (who I understand no longer is with the company) upon completion of the job in May 2023. The person who answered the phone said I would receive a callback from the individual who does this scheduling, within 24 hours--NO CALLBACK EVER WAS RECEIVED! I called them again both on June 26, 2024 and on June 28, 2024, each time being given an apology that not receiving a callback was unacceptable, and AGAIN promising a callback within 24 hours. It now is July 1, 2024, and I have yet to hear back from them!! While the job appears to have been done in a professional manner and everyone with whom I have spoken has been very polite, I really would appreciate a callback to schedule this first free annual inspection! There appear to be more favorable ratings than negative ones for this company, but their customer service is significantly lacking. I hope that in the end they prove to be a reliable company, but this can only be proven if they call back with not only an apology but also a confirmed appointment that is kept! Bottom line--I need a callback NOW!!

      Our installation manager, ***************, returned Mr. ******** phone call on multiple occasions. We keep records of all phone calls. We called the phone number ****************** gave us at the time of his original purchase. We called that number on 05/07, 05/23, 06/06, and 06/18. On 06/27 we finally contacted ****************** via his wifes phone number. Yesterday we sent a technician to Mr. ******** home to perform an inspection where we found everything to be satisfactory.

      We had mold treatment, attic insulation and a solar ventilation fan installed in our attic in October of 2022. We were told to call for a 1 year inspection in September of 2023. I began calling once or twice a week since the beginning of September 2023. Nobody will return my calls. If I do manage to get someone to answer the phone they tell me a supervisor is not available. This free inspection is part of our contract. Also, we are having an issue with the solar panel. I think it must have came loose or is unbalanced because it is very noisy. We are seriously wondering if we really did have a mold issue or if this was part of a scam. We would like someone to come out and do the inspection as promised in our contract and retreat for mold if necessary and also address the noisy solar panel issue

      As the complaint states, the original purchase was made October of 22. The free annual inspection doesn't become available until after the 12-month ***** or after October 2023. *********************** has called twice since October 19th to schedule the annual inspection per our records.  This customer doesn't have a solar panel purchased from us. We are assuming she is referring to an attic ventilation system, which we will happily look at during the inspection.

      We have an appointment set for Friday the 24th to complete this inspection.

      I ordered a expensive AQ temp tester/monitor from another ** as I had **ncerns for 85 yo Mom's health. Test showed I should be **ncerned. So I went to a presentation by QET. I felt the ************** system was what we needed. I scheduled an inspection for 5/10/22. With ******. I was shown pics of mold in my attic, at this point I ? if it was my attic, told cause was due to "no proper ventilation or insulation." Talked into mold eradication, insulation, solar attic fan and the probiotic system I orig. wanted. $17k total. I was told energy **sts would be significantly reduced, air quality significantly improved, clear air of dust, dust mites and pet dander. No need to higher someone to clean air ducts as this system will initially clean and then maintain. Installation 5/12/2022. I was told that someone would **ntact me for **urtesy 1 yr inspection. I **nstantly monitored AQ no changes showing. No minimal change in energy **sts. We aren't tstat adjusters it stays same temp all yr. Dust worse. Called ****** several x's as I felt swindled. He **nvinced me it takes time to "do its thing" and "cleanse" especially in older home. Life happened frankly I didn't think much more about it. At 1 yr no 1 reached out so I called left mesage that at inspection I want proof pics/AQ test. 5 calls b4 someone called back. 1st avail would be 7/11. No show. I call told mix up they had it for 7/13 ok mis**mmunication, 7/13 I get a call inspectors car broke down can do next week I said no want someone by 7/14 as I feel I've been scammed. VM while at work 3:37 from 225 ac. That's LA I'm in VA I thought spam. Listened to VM at 4:50 it was QET, I cb b4 5 leave vm. By 10:30 today no call so I call office I'm promised, someone will call 1 pm still nothing. I'm calling a **ntractor to **me out run camera thru ducts/pro test AQ. I feel they can't stand behind their products or prove works. I feel was scammed. I'm 60 Mom 85 They totally took advantage used scare tactics

      Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. Our company does provide a free annual inspection with the purchase of some of our products. However, the customer must contact us to schedule their free inspection at their convenience. When ***** reached out to us to schedule her annual inspection, her inspector ******************* scheduled the appointment for 7/13 between ****am. I'm not sure where the communication issue happened, but ***** was expecting us on 7/11. My company takes full responsibility for the miscommunication. I also understand that ***** was expecting phone calls from a different area code, and that explains why we had difficulty contacting reaching her. We rescheduled her inspection for 7/17. At that time all of her products were performing correctly, and ***** stated that she would remove this complaint. We look forward to continuing to service ***** for years to come.

      Quality Eco Technologies performed several upgrades to our home on 12/02/2019. We spent $12,550 to have these upgrades completed. One of the items is Tri-Guard Solar Window Film. The film began to shrink, bubble and start peeling within a few months. We have contacted the office multiple times and have even gone to 2 "sales pitch" meetings to speak with an agent in person. Each time we are assured of return phone calls and prompt action. This action has not happened. In August of 2021 we spoke with ***** (******************************* administrative assistant). She advised pursuing the manufacturer of the film....once again, a dead end with the answer that any replacement would have to be with Quality Eco Technologies. Our last phone call was on 7/19/2022 and with "*****". She promised that we would be contacted by ***** or ***** within days. This has not happened. We want our film replaced properly.

      We have been in direct contact with the customers, and we apologize for their frustrations. The ******** did purchase products from our company including TriGuard Window Film. When the ******** contacted us with concerns regarding their window film, we referred them directly to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. *************************** explained that unlike all of the other products we offer, the TriGuard Window Film warranty must be processed by the Manufacturer, ******* ***************** ***** explained that this situation is similar to buying a Whirlpool refrigerator from an appliance store like ******. If the refrigerator were to require service, the warranty work is processed by Whirlpool, not ******.

       

      Unfortunately, our customers have had issues with the service department of ******* ***************** The "*****" they are referring to in their complaint is not with our company. ***** works for ******* ***************** We are not sure how or why ***** would mention anyone from our company, as our office doesn't have any direct lines of communication with her and were never contacted by ***********

       

      As of last week, *************************** has directly worked with the service department from ******* **************** and has resolved this issue. ******* Chemical has been in contact with the customers and have scheduled the replacement of their film. The customers have expressed to us that they will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to remove this complaint, as their issue is not with Quality Eco Technologies, but with the customer service department of ******* **************************************** takes customer service very seriously. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for all of our customers. Every other product and service we offer are directly serviced by our company to avoid issues like this. We have a 24hr service guarantee. That means that in the event that a customer needs service, a team of technicians will reach out within 24hrs to schedule service for that customer. 

       

      We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue for the ******** and hope to see this complaint removed or redirected towards ******* *****************
