      I went to a presentation by ***** ******** at ******************** and set up MLI installation, ordered paint and paid in full! My heat/ac bills never diminished, they went up! They claim to be a ****************** I had plumbers come to my house because I had a leak. They thought it may be coming from my roof so looked in my attic. They looked through my crawlspace, on a ladder. They showed me pictures of inside. I saw the *** and thought nothing of it until I attended another dinner. I saw the slide of the MLI, it looked nothing like my MLI. My MLI was not secured; haphazardly thrown down with bare spots. My walls had no MLI. I spoke to ***** ******** at the dinner at **********************, and told him that there were strips lying all around unsecured, and it didnt look anything like his pic. HE told me to call *** and they would fix it! I had *** out for a home energy checkup and they took pics, so I could send them to QET. *** told me that MLI is only for hot climates! Noone has ever been inside my crawlspace, except QET. I am VERY disappointed, and want this to be remedied. I emailed several times, got only one response to my first email, pix attached, they what company came out because they didn't install it. They told me if I give them the name of the company, who QET dispatched, they could put me in touch. Nowhere in my paperwork is any other company, and I sent them a response with pics of my paperwork. I emailed them, saying they dispatched the company, it's in THEIR records, as there is NOTHING in mine. No response. Ive called numerous times, vm still full and you cannot leave a message or speak to anyone. I have emailed several more times, nothing! I am trying to get this company to stand behind their work. Ive never had a yearly inspection, like was promised in the presentation. I have exhausted all other options. Ill be happy to write an update to my review, once I hear from QET, my MLI is done correctly, and I get my paint. I gave them over $3,000!!!

      me and my wife went to the free dinner at the village square, the food was great! Weve been a few time and its a local favorite. the presenter *****, everything he did and explained was perfect. He explained everything very thoroughly.The Inspector **** came out the next day, was very informative about what he was telling us. Definitely knew what he was talking about. made us feel comfortable with our purchase!The techs **** and *****, were early and ready to work! showed us pictures of before and after. Great guys! Great company!

      The presentation was very good. ***** was wonderful. ******* did a thorough inspection. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The installers did a very good job and worked very hard. Thank you so much!

      The presentation was very informative. ***** was very prefoessional and did a wonderful job presenting the information. ******* did a great job. Was very thorough in his inspection and explanation.the installers definitely did a wonderful job. In the future I would definitely like to get the ****

      The presentation was good. Very informative. ***** did a very good job presenting the information. Speaks a little too quickly though. ******* did a very thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable and professional. The installers did very well. Both crews did a very good job. ********************* was wonderful. No complaints.

      The presentation was very educational and I learned a lot. I had been to a presentation before and am currently a customer with the *** system. ***** did a very good job presenting the information. **** did a thorough inspection. Very good job. The installers did excellent at the install today. Very pleased with the work.

      The presentation was well done. The restaurant is a favorite of ours. Presentation was very informative and there was no pressure to buy anything which we really liked. ******* did a thorough inspection and was very respectable. The installers did outstanding. We provided a nice cool day for them! There was a situation with the **** unit but they handled the situation promptly and professionally.

      The presentation was very good. Got me interested in the products. ***** was very good presenter. **** did good as well. I would like to have know when asked that the insulation would have been secured to the floor. He mentioned the insulation would not be secured to the walkable areas but the technicians secured it to the floor with staples and tape. The unfloored areas were not secured however which was good. The installers were excellent excellent excellent. 5 stars. I really sympathize with the amount of work that the installers do Im those types of conditions. I appreciate them.
