    I took my car in for a extended display recall and service rep reported it was covered. Later to be called by another Service rep and reported it was not in the computer. ***** quoted was 400 and when arrived price was over 600. I do not appreciate nor will do business with a company that cannot quote accurate prices or follow thru when asked. I have been a customer for multiple new ********************** vehicles in my family and will no longer purchase vehicles or recommend them to Pearson.

    Purchased a 2019 ****** Sentra in august. Mazda(J..) filled tire with air told me its ok just low air from sitting in lot.(He said anything he needed to just for a sale)2 days later had to bring back for warning lights issues. Told J.. about tire and left note in vehicle about warning lights and tire for repair shop. Again 3 days later had to put air in tire. (Filling tire every 2 to 3 days!) unfortunately caught ***** and was quarantined for 7 days the tire was flat. Brought it to Mazda they told me it was my responsibility I must have ran over something and to make an appointment which I was required to pay for the repairs. At this point I really didnt trust them. Brought it to tire shop end of September (about 5-6 weeks from purchase.) 1 tire (not the one with the leak) thread so bad needed new tire other three were borderline for tire replacement. Ended up getting 4 new tires. Also when they took tire off rim is bent and I need a new rim that is why there was a slow leak.. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Before this I have had great experiences with MAZDA in Woodbridge and FREDERICKSBURG.
