      To the consumer, Please Please do not accept service by Solve Pest Pros Door to Door Sales people. The Sales People go around different neighborhoods, knocking on doors telling about their service. THEY DO NOT tell you everything about the service and billing. The "contract" is on their cellphone, which you are not able to view and read everything on such small device. I trusted the sales person that he told me everything about the contract and he answered my questions. I trusted him and went ahead and signed the mobile phone app believing he told me all key points of this service, but they don't. They do not tell you they will not come out every month, they do not tell you that they will bill you every month but they only come out every quarter. They do not tell you that what you are signing is a one year contract that you will be charged every month but again they only come out once a quarter. The speech is what you are signing is for that day's service. The salesman was not honest at all and he answered my questions, but made sure to leave out key points. The way to get out of this lie is to pay a one time fee of $250.00 to get rid of this dishonest company. I will not recommend this service to my enemy.

      Better read the fine print because they penalize their customers with an enormous early cancellation fee and they continue to call, email and text to retain your business. I would not recommend their services.

      This company came to our door offering their services. We requested a ONE-time pest spray with guarantee, and they billed us $50 for it (please note they didnt accept cash).However, a few months later, we noticed they continued to withdraw $50 from our account every month. When we inquired about this, they insisted it was part of a one-YEAR subscription with no cancellation. They repeatedly assert that you signed a contract, yet we were completely unaware that our electronic signature could be utilized for such an agreement without our explicit consent.

      The same thing happened to me. Received a charge on my debit card that was not authorized so I immediately called the bank. Pro Scammers to say the least. Getting a new card and anything in the future will be blocked. Watch Out for these people. They are in it for your money not for service provided.
