      The company installed wood steps that had no finish. I asked if they finished it after installation, they said they did not, yet, I saw and ordered a floor that had a finish on it. That was in May, it is now September. I have asked for a refund because the company will not finish the wood. I now have to hire another company to complete the finishing work. When I call the person handling my complaint is always out. The store manager is the only person who has made some attempt at fixing this problem, but, he ends up always leading me back to customer service. The company wouldn't deliver the flooring until I paid in full. I want my money back for the steps and risers.
