      I made my purchase in the Mesquite store on 12/14/22 and was told my order would be delivered to the Arlington store (as I requested) within 1-2 weeks. I received a call on 12.28.22 stating my complete order was ready for pickup. My contractor went to the store the morning of 12.31.22 for pick-up and was informed that there was some sort of computer system issue that caused incorrect inventory of my order. 10 boxes of hardwood flooring were ordered and only 9 were available for pickup on 12.31.22. My first issue is: How was inventory not properly managed? Secondly, how did the store rep that contacted me on 12.28.22 not notice that the order was not complete before my contractor drove 45 minutes to the store to pick-up the material?When I contacted the store the afternoon of 12.31.22 I was told the missing box of wood flooring could take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. Which this means, my initial quoted timeframe of 1-2 weeks is now inconveniently 4 weeks at MINIMUM. As a result, my flooring project was delayed due to lack of material.I was contacted 2 weeks ago by the Mesquite and Arlington store (2 days apart) informing me that the last box of material was ready for pick-up at the Arlington store. My contractor was finally able to pick-up the material in the Arlington store on 1.23.23 and the rep told him it was not there, it was at the Mesquite store. After checking inventory again, the store rep found it and stated it was a $200 balance due. While in fact, it was paid in full during the initial order in 12.14.23. After additional research, that was resolved. I contacted customer service on ********, explained my concern. The fact that LL Flooring only compensated me $100 for this terrible experience is insulting. Overall, this was my first and last time with LL Flooring.

      The majority of their problem is that in this area (********* metro) they use RW Flooring for installation. Who doesn't fully stand behind the installation. We ended up with a sloped floor in one area and two noticeable squeaks (that had never been there before, neither when the floor was tiled, or previous to that when it was linoleum.) The did come back to tear up the floor, level the slope, and use screws on the plywood they'd installed in that area, which took care of the slope and squeak #1. However they didn't want to pull the floor back all the way to where the 2nd squeak was, opting to try correcting it using shims from underneath in the basement. No problem with them trying the easiest thing first, but it actually made the squeak far more widespread. They wouldn't try anything further, saying they "aren't responsible for floor squeaks." Sure, not existing ones... but if you can't walk near your kitchen sink in the slightest with out a constant squeak-squeak-squeak that is definitely from the floor installation, they should fix it. They absolutely wouldn't nor would they pay for the floor company they suggest to fix it. This is garbage customer service. DO NOT waste your money at LL Flooring because their product is only as good as the installers they use.

      This company has taken $10,000 from us and have never finished the job they started over 6 months ago. The floor that they installed crackles and squeaks when you walk on it. Plus, they have never finished the area around our bar and fireplace leaving a shoddy, unfinished look that is completely unacceptable. We have been contacting them in a regular basis to get the job finished but have been told that the fix will cost an additional $3000. So we are left with an unfinished basement that will never be fixed unless we pay more money than what was originally quoted. Their latest claim is that the problem is the exercise equipment we have in the basement. Funny thing about that is that we were making complaints about the state of the flooring long before the exercise equipment was in place. Their work is shoddy and the representatives we have spoken to have been rude and obnoxious claiming that whats happening is not their fault. Buyer beware! Do not hire this company!!! I'm leaving out many details regarding the numerous phone/in-person conversations we have had with company representatives where we have been given excuse after excuse for why the problems existed - even going so far as to put the blame on us for the type of furniture (exercise equipment) that was placed on the floor. We have been cordial and understanding, simply asking that the flooring be installed correctly. On the other hand, LL Flooring has treated us with disdain and has continuously delayed the process of making corrections and completing the job. I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs, but if you do use them, DO NOT PAY THEM until the job has been completed to your satisfaction. Their customer service is awful!

      I ordered Geneva Oak Click and Lock flooring from LL Flooring a little over a year ago. Within months the flooring started coming apart at the seams and cracking. We contacted ***************** and they compensated us five boxes of flooring. We laid the floor again. Within two months the floor in the kitchen and dining room started splitting and the top layer peeling off. We called **************** again. They said I could send some of the flooring for inspection and they would be able to determine if it was a factory defect. After about a week or two they called to say they would not be honoring the warranty because they were considering it an installation problem. Now a year later we are still paying on the credit card I purchased the flooring on, but I am having to have the flooring replaced for more money. I would never recommend LL flooring to anyone.

      I wish, I had read these reviews that would have save me the the current agravations that I have with the installation and renovation of the stairs. In my case is with the stairs color don't match and finish is horrible. I am trying to have the issue resolve since May 2022 and I am still waiting.

      LL Flooring of **************** is horrible. They called me the day before to pick up my flooring. I already paid for my flooring weeks in advance. They leave me a message 10/03/2022 which indicates tiles to be at LL Flooring **************** to pick up items 10/04/2022 3:30pm. I arrived and nobody knows where my tiles are. Nobody called me however to tell me there was a delay with the product. I spoke with the manager and he just made the situation worse, and made accusations that I falsely accused them of making up the time when I have voicemail proof from there company calling me to confirm 3:30pm. He then calls me 20 mintuets after I leave to tell me my product will not be there until the next day.

      Selection and web site was very interactive. Sales rep not engaging. Company that performs installation is one of the "WORST" I have experienced in the 30+ years here in **********. I had a presurvey performed by the installation group and they submitted 2 quotes for installing LVT in a kitchen floor. One was for going over the existing and the other was for removing the tile to install the new LVT. After reviewing with the store rep. it was decided to install over the existing tile. The day of install, the workers stated floor too uneven, shook my hand and left. I had to contact the store for a solution, they indicated to work with the installation group and would get back to me shortly. Waited a week no contact, kitchen is still with a partial floor down. Contacted the store they apologized and indicated they would get back with a status by next day which they did. The solution was to go for removal of the existing floor, sanding for an additional $1100.00 as per the 2nd original quote. I paid the difference, and within 30 minutes a recvd. a call back indicating that and another $500.00 was needed to perform the work, be aware the policy of LL Flooring is ALL material and labor costs are paid upfront prior to goods or service being rendered, I find that unusual. The final payment was made over a week ago NO CONTACT!The take away from this experience is BUYER BEWARE, you have the potential to be fleeced by LL Floorings installation service and be prepared to pay before goods or service is rendered. Needless to say I will not be using LL Flooring for 600' of Maple Flooring I need to purchase and have installed.

      Do not use this company. They do a great job of selling you the flooring and telling you they have the best installers in ***** but dont listen. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. We purchased flooring from this company paid for concrete grinding and floor leveling along with the flooring installation. They require 100% of the payment upfront before they start. That should be a red flag number one. Then we had to wait weeks for this expert installer that is the best in *****. They show up the first day of work and the expert installer is not there and theres two gentlemen weve never seen before. Red flag number two. An hour into the work they say they cant complete the job and to call the manager at the store. The manager then says we need to hire someone to fix the flooring so they can complete the job that we have actually already paid them to do which is concrete grading and leveling. Come to find out if youre paying for concrete grinding and leveling youre getting literally next to nothing their idea of concrete grinding is a light sanding of the floor and the leveling is almost nonexistent as well. We do understand with Construction sometimes things come up so we asked the manager for some sort of direction on who to call to proceed with getting the proper repairs done the way they requested it so they can lay the floor. The manager was an absolutely no help he said I dont know check ****** and was extremely condescending and dismissive. It just escalated from there every question we asked about the contract was not answered he didnt even open his mouth but to say call customer care. The level of professionalism and help offered to the customer was literally nonexistent. If you ask my opinion In the spam of only 10 days we had done everything they asked and had the job ready for the installer exactly the way that he requested. With no notice whatsoever we were sent a receipt with no call no email and no explanation.

      I had flooring I installed a little over a year ago and my EVP flooring is starting to come apart do to improper installation over an area in my subfloor that the installers supposedly repaired, they had to come out 2 other times to repair areas that they installed badly. The flooring literally pushes down when you step on it and is separating from the seams Ive got nothing but the run around since I reported this and theyre basically blowing me off, this has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a retailer and I see this is just how they operate with all consumers after reading other complaints. Im looking for solutions like getting a lawyer but advise anyone to never use this company i have other contractors that say this was a bad install of flooring overall, three weeks later and no response from anyone

      This company has poor products and will not resolve their issues with poor products. Been try for over 2 months to get them to back their flooring. Called the main service center at least 8 times left message , got hung up on, and no one seem to want to help.
