For myself this purchase of over $****.00 was useless and my physician told me supports will not resolve my problem so I tried to return the system unopened and still in the bag. My fault for signing no return receipt I know now. For potential buyers Dont buy unless your physician recommends and then with caution. It is a no refunds - only store credit - business. I have tried to work with the store manager and he stands firm on company policy with no refund allowed so if you do purchase anything from the store it will be money lost if you dont like the product. I would question any retailer who is so sure their product is so wonderful for every customer about the need to have a no refund policy. Seems to me that if the product works miracles for consumers that they would have no returns from customers but on the rare occasion when for medical reasons the product doesnt work theyd be happy to satisfy the customer and issue a refund. Once they have your money they have the power to control all interaction with you. All you will hear is NO and they will refer you to the receipt you signed. Legally they are right and within the rights you sign away but what about ethically and morally? You will lose a case in court and cannot force them to do the right thing for you the consumer. I just got schooled on this business and only wish to prevent others from sharing my experience and financial loss. The only guarantee you will receive from them is the guarantee that you will lose every cent you give them when you purchase their products. If the products do provide some purchasers with relief then Im happy for you and wish you well. Buyer beware of signing anything they put in front of you and if you dont understand the fine print make them explain it to you until youre crystal clear on the details and what their policies mean to you.

*****, Our clients who are fitted with Good Feet arch supports and who subsequently make a purchase, their responses are overwhelmingly positive. They value the benefits of a system that addresses the cause over time rather than temporarily masking symptoms. Additionally, the efficacy of our products has not only been validated by customers' experiences, but also by those in the medical community. Furthermore, please know that quality customer service is very important to us, and so any time someone has a negative experience at our stores, its equally disappointing for us. Please email our Care Team at ********************************* so we can learn more about your experience and perhaps find a resolution for your concerns.

First off these are not custom- if they were custom they would fit each foot individually. I bought into their sales tactics-trust the process. Very much regret it. I do not recommend this if you have medical ankle or foot issues which I do. I explained when i went about the issues I have followed the little card they give you, have been in for a readjustment- and my pain is worse, swelling is worse and i just wasted 2,000 dollars. You got me. This would be good for someone that wants a longer lasting over the counter shoe insert. Thats what this is. Not an orthotic. As i said earlier this product has made my situation worse when wearing these. Go to **** ***. Cheaper and better. Service was great, product was not. They kept asking for a review. Here is my truth.

Service provided was full of misinformation materials sold or not needed no instructions no directions and the performance of the product was poor. Informed sales person that I had neuropathy and arthritis. The initial introduction orientation at the store provided short orientation to the product using other project such as massagesand different type of shoe none of which were a part of the recommended package without any type of direction or instruction packets once I got home with it did not know how to use it properly and it did not relieve pain in my feet

I made a purchase from this company in *******, ** in February last year. I went to see if they could help me with a neuroma kin my right foot. Through the course of a year, I have made multiple visits back to the store because of foot pain, heel pain, and tendon pain that I did not have when I first went. Ive had multiple times where my shoe inserts were changed out but that never helped. Now I have achillis tendinitis in both feet and am frustrated that I let this go on too long. I do not believe these products works. If they do, obviously the employees of this branch need further training. For me, its a rip off of $1700. Beware of purchasing this system because once you do there are no refunds! I made a phone call to the store to speak with the store manager. I ended up leaving a message and have not heard anything back.

It looks to me that the good feet store is nothing than a scam. I looked at their website so I have an idea of their prices, and read this: “a pair generally runs from $200-$500” So I hoped it would be something in between. When I got to the Richmond Short pump store 2023 in July, I went through the whole fitting procedure. Once it was done, they showed me the cost. I was shocked that it was over $1500. They said I get life time support and get any adjustment as needed. I was stupid enough to do it. However, I tried it and followed the instruction. After a while I could not feel any improvement or that the pain in my feet, knee and back would be less, but I got to the point that I could not stand these plastic pieces in my shoes. Once I took them out it felt much better, because with them in the shoes it felt like I have a rock in my shoe. In October I took all the items back to the same store to return it. They talked me in to take another try. The person who checked out my feet, told me that the inserts were all wrong, and gave me a complete new set to try. I did that, but it was the same thing and after a time I stopped using it, and I felt much better without it. So I went to the same store again in December 2023, to return all item for a refund. They told me there is no refund and it only can be returned within 30 days of purchase and it would only be a store credit. This is a complete scam. I have never seen anything like that, and I’m surprised that this store can still continue to scam more people.

Was not given the correct information regarding the cost of the arch supports. When the representative talked to us about the arch supports WE never heard the 3 pack was $475 a piece. I payed over $4,000 for a product we can't use. Have never been to any reputable business that didn't give money back if dissatisfied with their products.

This place is a joke , $1,200 that I paid for inserts , all three pairs hurt my feet so bad that I had to stop wearing them. Pain even ran up to my knees! Sad thing is the store doesn't even do follow-*** with you, I recently went back and took 2 pairs back since they do lifetime warranties to get new ones and I informed them that the inserts kept me in pain, and I had lost 96 pounds and had foot surgery so I may need to be fitted , she gave me the same exact ones I had. My foot doctor told me that I should never had purchased them because they don't work and he is right. These people are just are not professionals please don't buy them!!!
