      On Saturday, 6/3/2023, a driver for Estes Express Lines crushed slate pavers in the walkway at our home with his delivery truck. I immediately called the number on the side of the truck and reported the damage. On Tuesday, 6/6/2023, I received a text from Estes Express Lines that our shipment ********** was delivered on Tuesday, 6/6. I emailed ************************************************************************ to let them know that the shipment had been delivered on Saturday, 6/3 and that the delivery truck had crushed 4 slate pavers (24x36). I attached pictures of the crashed pavers. On Wednesday, 6/7/2023, I received an email back from ***********************, Processor, II, Liability-Safety with Estes Express Lines, ******************. She said they were working to determine who made the delivery and that an agent may have made it. She requested any type of ring doorbell video as well as an estimate to replace the pavers. 6/12: I provided an estimate of $61.85 per 24x36 paver, $247.40 for four, with delivery of $225 (total $472.40) from the ************ in ********, **. I advised we do not have a ring doorbell. provided the number *************) that I had called at the time of the incident. 6/15: ************** advised she had "sent all the information over to our agent group, they will or should have notified the agent themselves by now and they should reach out to you directly. If you dont hear anything before month end,please let me know." 7/10: I did not hear from anyone and contacted ************** again. She asked me to resend the pictures and confirmed receipt on 7/11. On 7/25, I asked for an update and provided a picture of a fifth paver for which damage was evident when we removed the other crushed pavers, for an updated total of $534.25. On 7/26, ************** advised she was checking to see if there are any notes on this yet. On 8/22, I requested an update and was again told there were no updates. I have heard nothing since.Can BBB please assist us in expediting reimbursement/repair to our walkway?

      We would like to reject the Estes Trucking response. The damage was done on June 3 and it is now October 6.  We have not heard anything from Estes Trucking since August 22.  I was told in June by *********************** with Estes Trucking that we should hear from their "agent group" but that has never happened.  Pictures were resubmitted to Estes Trucking on July 11.  We believe Estes Trucking has had more than sufficient time to conduct an investigation and that they are dragging out their "investigation" in hopes that we will just go away.

      This is a little complicated. I ordered the log splitter from *********** But my brother used his PayPal to pay for it for me. I don't know the exact price of the item but it was over $1200. I'm doing this on my phone so I can't go back to see these details. So now at this point I'm receiving text messages saying the tracking. More texts saying that shipping company will set up date and time to deliver. Well the shipping company (Estes Logistics) just delivered it when they wanted to. To a place where it shouldn't have been delivered. I called up twice in one day to have them fix this problem. Nobody called back. I called the next day, again, they said oh we'll call you when we're on our way. No call never showed up. I'm a veteran with a bad back. The supervisor at Estes basically laughed at me when I said I wanted to file a complaint against the driver and the company. This all happened last week around 9/6-9/8. I believe the supervisor was named ******. I even called ********** when it was out for delivery and ********** said that the company would never just deliver an item and leave. Well that's exactly what they did. It was also supposed to be a signature delivery. Driver just left it in my neighbors driveway, blocking them from parking. Item weighs over 550 lbs. I don't know what you can legally do, but something needs to be done.

      ********** Order Number WG41832217 Order was for butcher block counter piece 10' long. Your driver caused a LOT of damage to the entrance of my driveway. See photos attached. When I asked him what happened, he told me he couldn't back into my driveway, and would use his foot to kick some of the dirt back. The photos show the damage AFTER he kicked 'some of the dirt back'. I just bought this house yesterday. To have a professional driver leave large tidemarks on the sides and corner to the entrance of my driveway is unacceptable.Then, driver brought into my house a partially wet cardboard box with the butcher block inside. When I asked why the box was it wet, he said it must have gotten caught outside in the rain last night. The driver said the butcherblock inside was fine because it was wrapped in plastic. I tore a piece of the wet cardboard back and the butcher block was not fine, it was wet and dirty along the edge and corners. Unprofessional, property damage, and lies about the condition of my product being delivered. Unaccepable. I'll be filing a property damage claim via **********. I expect to be refunded for gravel and my time to fix the damaged driveway.

      Not forwarding my complaint to the business is unacceptable. I tried to file the form with the company 2x. First time I was told to call back.  Second time they hung up on me.  I'm not calling a 3rd time to be told to call back again.

       

      What is wrong with you?  This is what hte BBB is for. When companies are providing bad customer service, I follow up with the ******************** and file a complaint. Denying this legitimate customer service and property damage related complaint is not doing your job or following your mission.

      9/8 ESTES driver came to deliver a package from *********** ESTES driver created several tire ruts on the sides of and enterance of my driveway. I approached the driver, as he was sitting in his truck on the road, and saw the tire ruts and immediately asked the driver what did he do to cause the ruts. He said he couldn't back up into my driveway, I told him he could drive down and turn around near my house. I asked him what he was going to do about the tire ruts, and he told me he'd 'kick the gravel back into place' which consisted of him kicking 3-4x at some dirt and jumping back into his truck. He drove the truck down to my house, and brought the package to be delivered inside my door. The package was wet on one side, and when I asked, the driver said 'it must have been caught in the rain last night'. I was concerned about damage to the item (which was butcherblock) and the driver said there was no damage. I pulled a piece of soaking wet cardboard back and the plastic had been ripped, and the butcherblock itself was wet and dirty with mud. I refused the delivery because of the damage. I filed a property damage complaint with *********** I was told that it had to be reviewed and processed by ******** - their insurance carrier, I'm assuming. When I finally spoke to ******** just yesterday; because HD had provided the WRONG information to ********, the rep from ******** said I needed to file this claim directly with ESTES, which I had tried to do when I reported the driver's issues, and I was told I needed to follow up with HD and the phone call was disconnected.

      When I called ESTES to report the damage, I was told by your customer service staff that I needed to follow up with HD and hung up on.  Attached is photos of the damage, and emails going back and forth with ********** about this.

      I haven't received any offer from Estes Express to resolve the issue. In an earlier message from you (BBB) I contacted ************************* @ Estes Express and emailed her the estimates for repair that they requested in June. She responded to my email yesterday that she has forwarded my information to another department. After 5+ months nothing has happened, my information is just passed around the organization.

      Estes since April. The email has gone full circle and I'm right back

      Was expecting furniture delivery. The driver called to tell me hed be late because the lady he tried to deliver to before me refused delivery. Now I know why.Their driver physically threatened me in front of witnesses. And he was driving an enterprise rent a truck with a different companys name on his shirt so this company is totally shady. If that wasnt bad enough, when he told me he was drag and drop, I got a dolly. When he said the item was too heavy and I said thats all I have he said (all witnessed) thats not my problem, and started to t leave with my item. Someone from my building came to help and the driver locked up his truck stating I dont need this and wouldnt tell me his name. The building guy had me sign for the item (I guess he got the maniac driver to to give him $100 to help me beforirt he to physically advance on me (witnessed). SAY IT AGAIN! A building guy had to hold him back. I use a cane and I was seated and sobbing a real threat. He kept physically advancing on me yelling SAY IT AGAIN! When I said dont come closer or Ill call the police, he yelled REFUSED! **** an angry line on the paperwork and stalked away.Terrifying. Not even sure this is a legitimate company is the driver wears a different companys shirt and drives a rented truck. Scary. The office is in ***********. If you arent aware of who theyre hiring under your companys authority you should. My guess is the other refusal had a similar experience. It reflects badly on your company.I should have had him arrested.

      I hired ********** to install $20,000 worth of new tile flooring in my New House. CLAIM # ***********. They delivered the tiles on June 28, 2023. A man came with a forklift that was way too large for a residential delivery. It was a giant commercial forklift. It would not even fit under my garage door to put the pallets inside the garage! Also there was no communicating, he did not speak English. We told him to go back and get a forklift made for residential purposes, he did not understand. So, he unloaded the first one and the forklift hit the front of my garage causing damage. picture included. We then TRIED to tell him to be more careful. He was not. because he couldnt put the pallets inside the garage; he DROPPED THEM OUTSIDE AND PUSHED THEM IN TO THE GARAGE. (pictures included) He not only damaged the Epoxy flooring in the garage, but, also cracked the concrete. I have called Estes approximately 10 times with NO ONE EVER RETURNING MY CALLS. After I figured out that they were an incompetent company, I started documenting my calls. All that I want is for them to reimburse me for damages!!!!! I am also including a letter from ******** ***************** Services. I also talked to *****************************, (liability claims adjuster) Who doesnt care about this either. I will be filing a claim against her also.Thank you.

      I was contacted by ************************* from Estes Company on Friday, August 24th.  She asked me to send her pictures of the damage.  I did send her the pictures.  She informed me that my case would be expedited.  Although, she also said she has 90 more cases to go through.  So, I still have to wait to see if any progress occurs.

      Estes was hired to deliver a large remote controlled aircraft from ******* ** to *********** **. It included delivery but I chose to go pickup at the yard in ***. When it was delivered to my vehicle the box was noticable damaged. With the forklift driver present I opened the box and showed him the damages and took pictures. I proceeded to the office and gave my information to the person behind the desk and was told I would recieve a call. After 2 weeks no call was recieved so I filed a claim...which was denied with 24 hrs. I made a complaint and Estes sent out a 3rd party inspector which took pictures and I even sent him pictures I took at the yard. It again was denied. Estes stated that I didn't save the box, and had started repairs, even though they recieved the pictures of the damages.

      I have a 400+ lbs transmission that was out for delivery on July 27th and the driver contacted me stating he was in transit. Now he texted me saying he's not sure where my package is at.       Estes called to schedule an appointment for delivery. They never showed up and never notified me so I wasted a day off of work. The scheduled a second appointment two days later in which they failed to deliver again. I have now had to take two days off of work due to THEM scheduling appointments and not showing.
