4 stars****** was the 2nd CS **** The first I failed to get her name and when I was sharing my experience with the shipping details, the phone went dead. She did not call back (even after requesting for my phone number at beginning of call). We got a volume quote and they were unable to pick up on the 3rd, we make sure to get a pickup number for Monday the 7th and it is an EARLY pickup time (4:30am - 11:30am CST) but we were told it could happen. It didn't on Monday, nor did they pick it up on Tuesday so today is when the customer was to receive the product and now they will not get it until possibly next week. Extremely frustrated as I was told by the first CS *** that they did try to pick up yesterday but were only given 1 skid. They should've had 16 total on their "log" to pick up and I was confused as to why it wasn't showing and was trying to explain this when the phone disconnected.****** was able to provide a new pickup number and marked it as a HOT pickup for tomorrow. So we can hopefully get this to the customer without any further delay.Review fromRebecca S

5 starsThe boxes were a little beat up and torn in a couple places but all was well and nothing damaged with all parts accounted for when we unpacked them. The driver was fantastic! Impressed with his driving skills. He backed the truck into the driveway between 3 other vehicles that were already parked. Beyond courteous. I asked if he would bring the 4 big heavy boxes up on the deck instead of leaving them in the driveway, we have a ramp and I had a dolly. We are elderly and my husband is an 81 yr old disabled veteran. The driver didn't even hesitate. Thank you for hiring such a nice young man!!Review fromKris W

The service was terrible, not delivered on the date it was supposed to be delivered. Terrible communication even though we made several calls attempting to coordinate meeting the driver. Not within the window (all day essentially) and after waiting around till almost 7 PM was originally told “they ran out of time for the day”. Later the “story” was updated to “the truck broke down”. Clearly some details and lack of transparency going on with the delivery driver. Made a recommendation to the shipper that they not utilize this company in the future if they believe in any type of customer.

I live in rural ********. My driveway is 330 feet long. The drivers delivered this morning & sent a text that they had delivered (on the street), 330 feet (more than a football field) from my door. They left a loveseat at the road with the trash bin!!! In rural ******** when a person leaves things at the road means they are free for the taking!! People actually stopped & tried to pick it up while I was looking for help to get it TO my house. I am very dissatisfied with the delivery from Estes. Totally unacceptable!! I believe that I will be contacting the better business bureau. I’m 80 years old & I should have never had to be put through this.Estes Express Lines

Get the update about the status of delivery, day and time frame when available. The delivery person called ahead and comes at the correct time. He handled the delivery to my desire place carefully. Highly recommend this company.Estes Express Lines

Communication on delivery of my items was exceptional - I was updated every step of the way with shipping. The driver called to let me know his approximate time of arrival and also when he did arrive at my home. He was courteous and pleasant, even on an extremely hot and humid day. I had called Estes the day before the delivery with a question and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 rating!!!!!Estes Express Lines
