Well coordinated delivery of heavy teak furniture. Spoke to dispatcher two weeks prior to plan the delivery, which required a signature. Delivery guys were professional and cordial.Estes Express Lines

They had a delivery scheduled for Friday between 9-5. I called at 4pm and was told it arrived at *********** at 7:25am. It was to late to get it on the truck. However tracking showed it arrived at 1:06 am. It had plenty of time to get put on truck. Now, they scheduled it for next Friday. One whole week delay. Rediculas.Estes Express Lines

Delivery driver didn't come up the driveway, but stopped on the road. And since I can't see the road from my house, he left. When he came back the next day, it took him at least 20 minutes to back into the end of my driveway and he barely got far enough in to be off of the road. Then he said he couldn't unload my delivery because his lift gate was broken and I would have to figure out how to get it off of the truck. I refused, because as long as it was on the truck it is his responsibility, but if something would happen to it while bring unloaded it would be mine. He made a phone call to someone and then magically his gate worked. When he moved the pieces from the front of the truck to tha back to unload them, the pallets they were sitting on were all damaged. The one under the largest piece was so bad that it fell a part before he even got it off of the truck! I will never ship anything with this company! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Estes Express Lines

4 starsWe had an overall great experience with the driver ***, His attention to detail caught a small tear in one of the delivered boxes and he had great communication prior to arrival. The office did delay the delivery by a day but reached out to let us know in advance. We would recommend this service based on our experience.Review fromLarry J

Received a call that my truck bed top was go to be delivered. Delivered my truck bed top to my house. The driver took it off the truck and moved it into my garage, I didnt have to lift a finger and was delivered on time. The driver helped me inspect the delivery, I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend others to use and I would use again.Estes Express Lines
