    Ordered a rifle from them and its been 3 years of excuses and not fulfilling the order now the company is all together non responsive about it.

    I ordered 2 rifles back in september, both custom orders. It is now nearly April. Its hit or miss if they even respond to my emails. I have asked for pictures consistently since October, they never send them. When I ask for my money back i am ignored as well. I did some digging and found that other customers have been waiting 2 years for their orders and receive the exact same photo copied fill in the blank letter with excuses. I compared letters same punctuation and all..I feel as if I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Anytime they respond to email they say they'll make it right and then I never here from them again. I just want my money back.

    Ordered a barrel and bolt and for 3 months heard nothing but excuses on why they haven’t sent it. Almost 4 months now and they won’t even refund my money. Robbery

    I purchased a rifle upper from this company that makes these products. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. I repeatedly followed up with them and each time I kept getting a new excuse. I have asked for my money back and they say they will ask the owner.
    I am at 18 months now waiting.
    Honestly I did not think the BBB could actually help me, I just thought you collected complaints or I would have done this sooner.

    Ordered a product from this company 5/7/2024, product said allow 7-10 weeks for completion. Since then have been in contacts and have heard everything under the sun on why I haven’t received the product. I have hundreds of emails to back this up. I haven’t been told an actual date for when or if it will ship. No pictures showing the product has even been built.

    Item was purchsed and paid from from Atheris Rifle Co in Janruary 2024. The continued giving excuses of why the item was being delayed. After about 11 months of being strung along i finally asked for a refund which was never returned. After looking at multiple online reviews they have been doing this to multiple people.

    I ordered my rifle on July 2.
    July 23, I was told that most likely I would receive my order by September.
    August 14th I was told that the parts have been pulled and it should be started any day.
    September 13th, I was told there are a few orders ahead of mine and they were playing catch up.
    October 10th, I was told that the builder skipped over my order and we made arrangements for ********. At this point, I was also told that it would be back to your shop by October 18th. I assumed that it would ship out shortly after that.
    October 23rd, I was told it was expected to be to me by the election.
    October 30th, I was told it would be shipping any day.
    November 6th, they said would be responding with a tracking number. They didn't.
    They said they would call me to figure things out November 18th. The call finally came through November 20th and they had no information other than they had other orders besides mine.
    November 22nd they said that the owner would be reaching out but as of December 2nd I haven't heard anything.

    Purchased an upper receiver in march of 2024 and have not received it after 9 months. Numerous emails back and forth and they always give the same excuses, waiting on parts. I have asked for a refund several times and they won’t even bring it up in conversation.

    On August 16, 2024 I purchased a 6.5 Grendel Fluted Barrel & Black Nitride BCG from Atheris Rifle Company for $433.05. The items that arrived September 21, 2024 were defective. I notified the company October 11, 2024 via email, and sent videos. Yet, ten days later, the matter is still not resolved. I wish to send their items back and receive a full refund.

    I ordered a complete upper receiver from them in summer of 2022. After a year went by without receiving it I requested they send me it without a certain part (bolt carrier group). They claimed that was what they were waiting on. They promised when the part arrived they would ship it out to me. Well here we are 2 years later and countless emails promising they would send me the bolt carrier group next week. I keep getting the run around. It was bought and paid for and I should have gotten it years ago.
