  PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM ATHERIS
  On April 10, 2023, I made the mistake of ordering an upper from Atheris—a company based in a state that Harris won, and I should’ve known better. The salesperson was all smiles and promises, assuring me I’d have my upper in 4-6 weeks. That was the last shred of professionalism I experienced from this sham of a company.
  For nearly two years, I’ve been strung along by Kimberly and Zach, who seem incapable of telling the truth or running a legitimate business. They’ve refused to refund my money, provided excuse after excuse, and even lied, claiming they shipped the rifle. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. At this point, it’s painfully obvious they have no intention of ever delivering what I paid for.
  I regret trusting this company, and I urge you not to make the same mistake. Attached are emails showing their incompetence, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability. Save yourself the headache—stay far away from Atheris.

  I was doing a ton of research and decided to go with atheris rifle co, Not knowing that I may not receive my order. They won’t answer their phone and their email Looks to be shut down. judging by all the negative reviews that are out there I’m expecting not to get my $700 order and no way to contact them

  This company is a fraudulent entity.
  They fill a few orders then hang the rest out to dry.
  I contacted them and they blow smoke but we are out $600.00+

  This company and its people are thieves! I've been waiting three years for my ARC upper! I have repeated contacted them via email and phone. This is the WORST that I have ever dealt with. They need their FFL revoked!

  I bought a barrel with a head spaced BCG in June of 2024. It was listed as "on sale". It said nothing about not in stock or backorder not even lead times. I'm still waiting. After a month or so I emailed and they replied right back with the excuse that they were waiting on carriers to come in. Now after looking at these other comments I see they have been using that excuse for years. As soon as you order they charge your card so they get wait they want and forget about you. They should be ashamed to take people's money and just leave them waiting in the dark. I'm starting to think it's a scam.

  ARTHERIS ZERO STARS . ORDERED UPPER MARCH 2023 HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING BUT PROMISES AND PERIODIC LIP SERVICE. TERRIBLE COMPANY , PROBABLY WORST SERVICE IN AMERICA FOR AR PRODUCTS. SAVE YOURSELF THE LONG HASSEL DON`T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Well I bought an upper years ago. Knew the long wait time but I did receive the product over a year wait. I then ordered another complete upper and was told four months, well that turned into a year. I called them she said we are only waiting for the bolt assemble group. She said i can send you the upper without it and ship the bolt group out late. I got the upper, it’s very nice but the bolt group has never arrived it’s been a year and a half. I called then was told their moving and once settled in, they would send it. That was in July 24 its now Oct and nothing. This company is terrible on orders. Don't think I will ever see that bolt group. Too bad they lost a good customer.

  This company needs to be investigated for fraud. They claim a 4-6 week lead time and after 6 months I still haven’t received my order and they are not answering their phone. Their email reply is always something like supply chain issues, waiting for ATF approval to ship items, working very had to get orders out, etc, and never providing a definitive ship date.
  This company is unreliable, unprofessional and I believe is defrauding online customers with promises of a great product, accepting payment up front and then never delivering. Avoid at all cost. Order products from reliable online retailers and not from this scam firearms company, Atheris Rifle Company.

  Still waiting on order over year and 2 months. Emailed them six months, then again at 9 months and lead times continuously push back.

  Disappointing Experience with Atheris Rifle Co.
  I had high hopes when I decided to do business with Atheris Rifle Co., but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I placed an order in June 2023, and despite my card being charged, the item had not shipped by November 2023. Frustrated, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund on 11/07/23.
  Initially, I was told by Kimberly to expect the refund within 72 hours. However, after reaching out on 12/6/23, I was informed that a check would be mailed. Subsequent follow-ups on 12/19/23 and 12/27/23, reassured me that the check was on its way. Yet, as of 1/10/24, I have not received any information on the check number, mailing address, or mailing date.
  Regrettably, my attempts to obtain an update on the refund have been met with silence, and I feel frustrated and ignored. If this review doesn't prompt a resolution, I am left with no choice but to explore alternative steps to address this issue.
  I hope that my concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly.
