    We stayed at this hotel for one night August 27th 2022. We were traveling with 4 small children and 8 adults. As soon as we checked in we knew there was going to be an issue. We were told with it being late and our large party it would be hard to find accommodations anywhere else. The rooms were disgusting. Every room smelled of Fresh Smoke, Fresh Urine, and Mold. The furniture was covered in stains and mold. Carpets had mold build up. Our major concerns were blood on the light switch, and bags covering the smoke detectors. You can see they had many strays in the parking lot, and I think they had them leave these rooms so they could use them for us. We spoke with hotel desk, he said he couldn't do anything. We contacted the the desk again, said they spoke with GM and he said sorry nothing they can do. The one girl said they were aware of what was going on and truly apologized for their response. I called corporate and so far I just get email responses, sorry about that. Here are some bonus points. I have asked for corporate to send my email to higher authority to see how poorly and unsafe this hotel is running. They even said they spoke with the gm and he resolved it. This is so inaccurate. If you google review this place which I just did the reviews have all the same issues, including Roaches, mold, broken furniture etc. What if some family stays there and there is a fire? Not knowing that it's covered up. I really hope something is done with this place. We travel a lot. I have never encountered such a mess. I have never written a bad review in my live. But this is so unfair to unexpected guests who think during there travels are staying ar at a safe, clean hotel. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I also see you ask about military.     The guest where check in at 7:00 pm. when they checked in we made them comfortable with changing room, which one of  three they don't like. you can send any authority to check our rooms has problem what customer complaint about. If they don't like rooms why they complaint after staying not immediately?. If they checked out immediately we could refund full. There is sevaral hotels around us and it was not that busy too. She complaint in choice hotels too, but choice hotels inspect our property last month. their inspection is very tough about cleaninig. Still we passed with close to 90% cleaning score. Do you think that we run property or business that way?. She also complaint in choice hotels too, when they refuse to refund, she went to BBB. Basicaly she want full refund after staying and want to fraud with hotel. She tried to post bad reviews everywhere...! I will fully co-operate to BBB officer to inspect my rooms. if they found anything, she mentions in complaint, I will correct it immediately. Please try to understand her intensions how to rip off hotels. Three rooms they rented and after staying they comlaint about it.
