    This place is disgusting and should be shut down. My 88yo mother and I stayed on November 25, 2023 and checked in late. The rooms are outdated and dark, heater made noise and then I was awaken by a cock roach crawling on my arm, in which I killed…I have pics of the dead roach! This happened around 5am in the morning. I got up and got ready for my shower, as I was so ready to leave this roach infested place! Once I stepped in to the shower, the center of the shower was spongy feeling and had a “glued down shower mat on the floor. After further inspection, I realized that this was placed to conceal the crack in the bottom of shower. Very dangerous and the room should be fixed before someone gets hurt! I have pics of this, too!
    I woke my mother up and told her of the incidents. I immediately told the front desk clerk of the issues and that we would be ck’ing out and to cancel the reservation for Sunday night. He said the Mgr would contact me on Monday. Before leaving Roanoke Monday morning, I stopped back by and was told that there would be no refund that this should’ve been reported sooner! Really?? I reported as soon as I could! This place needs to be shut down, condemned and I’m looking for a refund for this unpleasant stay!

    didn't stay. turned around the second i saw the pile of disgusting mattress in the FRONT of the building, in the handicap spots as you enter. I called, canceled with them and booking.com. Both have refused a refund. This place is disgusting.
