    The green team employee came to my home **** ****** **** **** ******* **** ***** at 11:45 am October 12, 2023 to Aeration and Over Seeding my lawn. The technician was *** *******.I was outside getting leaves off my sidewalk. I saw him driving the aeration machine going horizontal across my lawn with the machine. I asked him to redo the back because he skipped areas. He was working alone. I noticed another another green team truck pull in front of my house and they was talking. *** had put grass seed all over my drive way and he apologized because he did not have a blower to remove it.
    I had to blow my own driveway and that is when i noticed the holes in the driveway.... he drove across my drive way. I called the green team right away to report the damage, I was told someone would come out within 48 hours.
    I never talked to anyone within 48 hours. the tech said he had someone to look at it and that I needed to seal it anyway next year since I just had my drive way repaved. He said he would give me a credit $100. I said no i dont want a credit I want my new driveway to look back how it did before he rode over the driveway and put the holes in it. I sent emails to the green team to request to repair my driveway and nobody responded.
    I had to keep calling spoke with a lady and she said she would get with someone in the company.
    I want my driveway repaired and to look like it did before.

    costs of repairing the small nick in Ms. *******'s driveway and are prepared to

    I sent the Green Team an estimate and the Green Team wants to offer to fix it how they see fit. I have a guarantee with the company that paved my driveway. If I allow to  the Green Team ******* to patch the holes  I will not have my guarantee anymore. They are bringing about so many other problems. They had their insurance to call me and she took a statement and she told me that the owner called the claim in but did not accept responsibility and she needed to investigate the claim she called 4/22/24 and she has not called back. I have called her twice. I called the owner and asked will he repair the driveway the way That I suggested he said he has nothing to do with anymore he called his insurance. The do not handle problem in a timely matter. They are not communicating with me at all neither is their insurance company. I guess if I don’t take their deal that won’t deal with me. ****** *******

We appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context and clarity regarding the efforts made to address her grievances.We want to emphasize that we have made concerted efforts to communicate with Ms. ******* and address her concerns regarding the condition of her driveway. Our team has reached out to her on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve the issue satisfactorily.Initially, we proposed a solution which involved engaging multiple reputable asphalt companies to provide a quote for repairing the small nicks in the driveway, along with resealing the entire driveway. Additionally, we offered to credit the work that we had previously conducted on the property as part of the resolution. However, it became apparent that Ms. ******* was not satisfied with this proposed resolution.Subsequently, we took the initiative to involve our insurance company, **** *********, by opening a claim with them (claim number ************). **** ********* has been in direct communication with Ms. *******, making efforts to understand her concerns and explore potential resolutions. They have engaged with her as recently as April 5th, attempting to find a mutually acceptable resolution.We encourage Ms. ******* to continue communicating with **** ********* regarding her claim. They are committed to working with her and us, The Green Team, to reach a resolution that meets her expectations and addresses her concerns satisfactorily.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please do not hesitate to contact us if further assistance or information is needed.*** *******

    I did get a letter from insurance 5/17/24if I don't get this resolved soon Inwill have to seek legal action against the green team lawn service.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
