    If I had known you weren’t a member of the BBB I would have never had you do my lawn. The job you did on lawn was satisfactory. Your customer service not so much. Seems the only time they check on you is when they need or want money. There was a money dispute dealing with several factors. The form they send you is not a good way of paying your bill and their continuous complaint.. I can’t read it.l it’s not on here became actually unbelievable. And even when you ask them to not come to do a treatment they come and do it anyway.. but the straw that broke the camels back is when an employee told me not ask me to take a picture of my credit card .. with acct. number exp. Date and 3 digit security code and post it on their chat. Who in the world would agree to that. The person did not give their name and refused to give me their immediate supervisor’s name. I think they believed I had no recourse and would agree to do this illegal act they asked me to do. There is much more but it would take me quite a while to put it all on here. I would never recommend a company that would ask a customer to do something that could cause their account to be hacked. I could also say this person was rude and condescending and seemed to think they could strong arm me into putting my info online.

    I selected the Green Team over two other lawn care businesses. I'm so glad I did. They explained the lawn care process and the expectation. They didn't disappoint. My lawn is now green, thick and plush... I'm still in Awe. I can't believe how beautiful it looks.
