Ostrum is a very easy company to work with, detailed estimates with good explanations of what is needed immediately and what can be done later. The electrician Dan, was helpful thorough and efficient in his work , and even cleaned up afterward .

Thank you Jason J and team for the courteous and professional serve you provided for thr electrical issue in my home. You attention to details and follow through with the power company is appreciated. Thank you for leaving the area you worked in cleaned up and items back in place. Due to some issues caused by a power surge in my home, I have had to replace and have repaired appliances and other items. I contacted Ostrom and have dealt with several of their team members ( electricians and plumbers) and they have all proven to be professional and courteous through out the process. Definitely a 5-Star Experience: Over the past few weeks, we have had both Plumbing and Electrical technicians from Ostrom doing work in our home. They arrived on time ready to work, and completed the jobs quickly and smoothly. All questions were answered clearly and the work spaces were left clean. My wife and I are in our 70's. We sincerely appreciate what these skilled young people do for us with care and expertise. I have used Ostrom exclusively for electrical and plumbing work since 2010 at 2 homes. I had them replace 3 bathroom fan-light combos on 9/21/23. They did a very nice job but failed to give me the info I needed to apply for the manufacturer warranty. When I asked for the information the next day, I was told to pull off the cover and look for the information inside. I cannot climb a ladder due to balance problems so will be unable to get warranties. Make very sure you get all the paperwork and information you need before you let them leave.Ostrom Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

My wife and I recently had an HVAC Inspection and Tune-up done. The technician, Shaun S. was 5-Star in every way: personality, knowledge, proper tools for the job, quality training ---- a total Professional. He discovered that the outside unit fan motor was overworked due to dirty condenser coils, and said that he could clean those. I approved the work, and Shaun got the things he needed from his truck to do the cleaning, including a length of garden hose. To our surprise, we discovered that there was no hose-bib close to where he needed water. I checked around the entire condominium building and found no hose-bibs. We finally found one some distance away and Shaun used that one to supply water. He did a very thorough job cleaning the coils, and carried many 5-gallon buckets full of water (uphill) to rinse the coils and complete the task. Shaun remained as pleasant and non-flustered as he had been upon arrival. So, this is officially a 5-Star Review; but Shaun's ingenuity, dedication, and determination rate much higher than that. They are very professional workers. They call to let you know what time they will be at at home. They message you with a picture of the service person. They are always on time. Layne was Prompt, provided detail information and explanation, and gave options. Looked at additional water-related equipment and had supplies on his truck to complete the service in a matter of hours. Layne was patient and courteous.
