The Ostrom just installed a new heat pump/ AC unit for us. The workers were very professional, polite, and efficient. What we really appreciated was the way they made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. They were here to serve the customer.

My wife and I had our annual A/C Tune Up done recently. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we got the day and time block which best fit our schedule. Billy *. was professional, polite, and pleasant, as are all Ostrom Technicians. He had the latest cutting edge test devices and sensors, which made the job smooth and quick, but also provided lots of detailed information about our HVAC system. One key component in the outside compressor unit was found to be operating outside the manufacturer's specifications, so I asked that it be replaced. Billy had the correct part on his truck and had it installed in less than ten minutes. This component is critical for both A/C and Heat, so a failure would have meant inconvenience, discomfort, and an emergency repair call. For me, this one thing, alone, makes the Tune Up visits valuable beyond their cost. Payment was simple and secure; another 5 Star experience.
