    After placing an online order with GN, the prices changed and I was overcharged. I was not notified of any price adjustments prior to completing my order. The amount I agreed to pay at the time of checking out was not the amount I was charged. I was charged more during processing. I find this to be a billing error due to their system charging me more than the amount I agreed to pay at the time my payment was completed. There was no notice of the prices changing at the time my payment was processed. The amount pending on my bank statement is not the amount I agreed to pay. I attempted to reach out to customer support and was disappointed with their response. The only thing offered to me was a store credit. They are refusing to refund the difference or cancel the whole order so that I get a refund. However, a store credit does not resolve the issue of me being overcharged. I attempted to explain the situation twice and both times customer support did not address the system/billing error. The only thing they would respond with was that the sale was ending, prices were changing on the site, and they would give me a store credit or ship the items. The amount I agreed to pay when confirming my payment was $56.94 but I was charged $87.46. I am very disappointed that this company is not willing to make it right and give me a resolution that is fair. I trusted this company to charge me the amount showing on my screen when I checked out but they took more and are refusing to give it back. I should have only been charged the amount showing when I confirmed my payment. Telling me the prices were changing so you got charged whatever the prices were being changed to is not fair and I regret being a customer. I have never been charged a different amount other than the amount I agreed to pay when completing a payment with any other business, prices changing or not. The amount should not change after I have paid. I have had better customer support from *******.

    I purchased product from GN and it leaked so bad that the post office noted the damage of the product on the box as it leaked all over the box. I reached out to GN and was told by the owner herself that she would send out replacements. Later on they went back on their word. I paid over 100 dollars and was left with less than half the products I paid for due to the damage. Order is under **** ***** due to safety and confidentiality concerns.     Order # ****** I placed an order during a 12 minute sale with all prices being $12. The company sent me a 10% coupon code because I signed up to a new account. I used this coupon code that they sent me for an additional 10% my purchase. Due to the fact that I coupon stacked, the company immediately cancelled my order but still charged my credit card. They then issued me a store credit for $132.28. Their site says that all sales are final and only store credits will be issued. However the sale never actually took place. THEY cancelled it and kept my money. The store credit they issued has much less purchasing power as the items are all regular price now. I would like my money back as it seems like a scam that they can keep my money after they cancelled the sale.

    Also you will see that the email they sent me said that I cancelled the order which is not true.
