    I have been reaching out for a month over a refund with no response they canceled my order told me I couldn’t reorder but issued my refund to a gift card and now refuse to communicate with me. The owners mother messaged me threatening me and the whole business practice is sketchy I would like my refund for orders ******. ******

    They won’t take responsibility for their packing mistakes! Product leaked and soaked the shipping box. Only received about 1/2 of my order do to this! It wasn’t damaged by shippers! Will never purchase another product from them. Not worth the money if you receive damaged product and they refuse to refund or replace!??

    Due to our policy we only offer store credit which customers agree too BEFORE purchasing. (Terms and conditions box must be checked in order to checkout online) We did everything correctly according to our policy.
